Dr. Esmael Valdez, DDS, with offices in Santa Fe and Las Vegas, New Mexico, is an excellent choice for dentistry. I have been his patient since moving to Las Vegas, and I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of his practice, from his array of skills and his competence and gentleness to his excellent staff. As an aside, his Las Vegas office is located in an area with many shopping opportunities nearby. I am highly satisfied with the extensive work he has done for me and I highly recommend him and his practice.

Humiliating and angering experience. I started here about a year ago. I learned that I had periodontitis. The first point I'd like to make is that I do not appreciate having the person in my mouth tell me over and over and over and over (at least 30+ times on BOTH VISITS) how bad my teeth had gotten and how hard it will be to "save my teeth". It was outright humiliating. I'm a mother who raised three kids and put her children first. It took a TON of courage to go to the dentist in the first place. I don't need that. Nobody does. I heard you the first 10 times you told me. Additionally, I was pressured in to purchasing a program that would supposedly help with discounts and fully cover cleaning and X-rays. Not finding out until AFTER they talked me out of several hundred dollars, that the program doesn't even cover what I wanted done. And now, with just two weeks left on my coverage, they are literally REFUSING to do the basic cleaning that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR, unless I sign a waiver stating that I'm refusing the extensive care they are recommending. ARE YOU SERIOUS??!!! I cannot afford $1,000 worth of dental work. The fires shut my business down for 3 months. So you're telling me that not cleaning them at all is better??!!!!! And I have to sign legal documents to get my teeth cleaned?! So why did I need to purchase this extra coverage for cleanings and X-rays? If you can't even perform the services provided by the program, you never should have pushed me to purchase it!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HUMILIATING YOUR CLIENTS AND STEALING THEIR MONEY... AWESOME

Divine Dental is a very friendly and safe feeling environment. After 15 years of being afraid to return to the dentist I found myself feeling excited to go here because of how nice the staff are and how well they treated me. The patient really feels like the #1 priority here. Also, they work fairly quickly.
