Ashley is an outgoing and dedicated member of our team. Her bright smile will greet you at the front desk and she is eager to help in any way she can. Ashley graduated from St. Joseph's College in 2008 and then went on to receive her dental assisting certificate from Eastern Suffolk Boces in 2009. Ashley then obtained an advanced graduate certificate in healthcare management from Park University in 2012. She finds the relationships she forms with the patients to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. Ashley is married to Frank and they are the proud parents to their beautiful daughters Laila and Liana and their family dog Stanley. She loves spending her free time with her family, going to the gym, being outdoors and watching hockey.
Ginny graduated from Farmingdale State College with an Associates degree in dental hygiene. She comes with years of experience and knows that coming to the dentist can be difficult and wants to make you feel comfortable. She believes in patient education and enjoys helping you have a healthy smile.
Stacy is the friendly voice you will hear over the phone and the friendly face you will see when entering the office. She will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Stacy has over 20 years of experience, both as a dental assistant as well as the front desk. Stacy grew up in the Port Jefferson area. Her interests include yoga, rock climbing and hiking.
Grisbel is a friendly and caring team member who treats the patients with respect, compassion and patience. Grisbel is passionate about providing the patients with care and comfort. She has been doing Dental Assisting for 3 years and really enjoys being able to help patients and learning new things. She is also attending to Suffolk Community College as a full time student. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends.

Very professional and courteous. Christine did a great job cleaning my teeth. Did not feel rushed, she took her time.. even made them a couple of shades whiter. Definitely recommended.

I searched for a new dentist office and came across this one, and it was the absolute best decision I've made! As soon as you walk in everyone is so friendly. There was no wait time at all, got called in right away. I was just there for my first time visit/ cleaning and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. They explained everything along the way, made sure I was comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!

The only place that personal care was a major concern. Had a couple of problems with a parcel denture I had and the Dr ( Zero) went over and above to come up with a solution and I now feel like I have new teeth.Thank You. Highly recommend this practice

Had nothing but a great experience with the staff! Dulce was a very nice, friendly and knows what she's doing! Dr. Soral was very professional and thorough. Helped me for what issue I was having and can't complain.

My family's dental technician made my 13-year-old son and I feel at ease. If you're afraid of the dentist or looking for someone who is great with kids, the technician is the person to ask for. During my two visits, I felt a minimal amount of pain. The waiting room wait time is also kept to a minimum. If I could rate the Concerned Distinctive Dentistry of Long Island with 10 stars, I would!

I'm 64 yrs old and have always been terrified of the dentist, specially the cleaning. My experience at Distinctive Dentistry was completely painless and absolutely the best I've ever had. The entire staff was amazing and now I'm all smiles.

I had to find a new dentist since my dental insurance changed. It is not easy to pick a name off a list, so I relied on reviews to help me choose. I am so grateful that this office lived up to its positive reputation! From the moment I walked in the office I was greeted by friendly staff (even the waiting room chairs were extremely comfortable), Amanda was my hygienist and she was wonderful, took time to explain everything I needed to know to improve my dental care routine at home, and Dr. Soral gave me the same focused attention, making me feel very welcome and comfortable, taking time to speak with me after the exam (neither of them expecting me to talk while they were poking around in my mouth- a personal pet peeve of mine!). Everyone on staff that I met was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable...I highly recommend this office!

I would like to praise Amanda, one of the dental hygienists at the office of Distinctive Dentistry, for her impeccable cleaning and polishing of my teeth. She is extremely gentle and caring in providing a superior overall job. I think the entire staff at Distinctive Dentistry goes above and beyond to insure a pleasurable experience for what is usually an unpleasant experience.

I have really awful anxiety when it comes to the dentist - and my first visit to this dentist was my first visit since 2019 (thank you COVID). I have never felt so welcome and so calm in a medical office. The receptionist, hygienist, and Dr were so kind and understanding. Everyone was so thoughtful, educated, and helpful! Wonderful practice and I'm feeling much less anxiety to go back and get a filling done in a few months. Thank you guys!

Office was very clean I called the doctor this morning trying to get it I was having a lot of pain I'm going to end up going to the emergency room to get some pain meds until I can find a doctor that takes my insurance if she had just taking the time to ask me what kind of insurance I had before I got there and let me fill out all the pppaperwork to find it they do not take my insurance

Hi, Gail R. here on her husbands google share account . This is one of the best dental places I have been to on so many levels. I wasn't even their patient and had a dental problem over the weekend and they took me first thing today, this Monday morning. The support staff was very nice and helpful, especially with the aspects of my insurance that I did not understand . The Tech was very nice and professional, took my X-rays, always checking how I was doing as I was waiting for the dentist. Meeting Dr. Zerbo was a pleasure, especially since I was so nervous and he was just so kind and compassionate. He was very honest and forthcoming explaining my condition and I knew I am in good hands and trust was established. This is truly a great practice that treats patients with respect and dignity. When I went to my pharmacy the medicine was there as promised. I highly recommend this practice especially since they do periodontal and general dentistry among many other procedures so you won't have to run around to a different place for every little thing like I used to do. Also because there are two Dr's on staff if one is out, the other one can help you in an emergency . This is important to me.

This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. The dentists are absolutely fantastic professionals. The dental Assistants and Hygienists are just as gifted. The front desk staff are highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, and are so friendly and helpful explaining everything. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. 5 stars all day!

This was my second visit. The dentist is really nice, the office staff are also responsive and pleasant. However, the routine cleaning was rougher than I am accustomed to, I've had countless cleanings by different hygienists and this was the first place that used a local anesthetic gel before a simple cleaning. I was sort of shocked. Even with the anesthetic, it was rough.
