Our patient care advocate, Cieara, gets in contact with you prior to your first visit. She is dedicated to customizing your experience, giving you everything you want in your journey to overall health. Cieara is passionate about changing peoples lives in a positive way, and also about guiding you in ways to make this achievable.
We continue building trust and relationship throughout your personally designed dental visits. In some circumstances what you really want isnt perhaps what you need. We work alongside our patients to accomplish what they want while also giving them what they need, accomplishing the best of both worlds.

Dr. Mingus, the dental technicians, and the administrative staff have always been kind and knowledgeable. I have been here for years and have really grown a fondness for and a bond for everyone who works there. They're very compassionate and they remember details about my life from my last appointment, which makes me feel known and confident that I'm in the hands of people who care about me as a patient.

Kelley and his staff have been amazing every time I visit! I have been to several dental offices in Bend and I will definitely be staying with Dr. Mingus. His unique approach to cosmetic dentistry was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and professional environment. Was great for the most part, although I had issues with my retainer and quick moving teeth following braces throughout 2018 and was unable to get in touch with the office via phone before moving out of town. I received a follow up contact in late January 2019. Try Smile Direct instead for a fraction of the price/time if you have no severe teeth issues.

Sierra does our cleaning and we couldn't be more pleased. She and Dr. Mingus make going to the dentist very enjoyable. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs. Love them!!

No-one ever says they look forward to a dentist visit, until now. Dr Mingus and his staff make every visit amazing , l have my ortho and my routine dental work done here. If you are looking to change or new to town , I fully recommend this office.

I have had dental issues my entire life, and have faced some incredible obstacles and difficulties because of it. I reached a point where I had literally given up and accepted that I was never going to be comfortable with my smile, I was going to live in constant pain forever, and I would never be able to chew or even eat normal foods again... And then I met Dr. Kelley. Not only did he give me solutions where I had only ever been told there were none, but he was willing to work with me within my personal life circumstances and what I could handle physically, emotionally, and financially. I am on my way to a full smile makeover, and for the very first time in my life, I have hope that my future can be filled with joy and laughter rather than pain and shame. Thank you to everyone at Distinctive Dentistry for all you do!

I have had nothing but had experiences with dentists my whole life, so I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the BEST and absolutely most wonderful team I have ever met. Kind and understanding, thorough and amazing at what they do, they go above and beyond in every single way to help ensure comfort and just an amazing experience. I could honestly leave a raving review for every single staff member. Love this place, love this team.

My son loves this place. The staff is so nice and caring every time we come in. They were able to work with me on a payment plan I could afford, when no one else would. I am so greatful to have found them.

Dr Kelly Mingus and his entire staff are AMAZING!! Everyone was friendly, professional, and they were very timely. My fear of going to the dentist has been lifted! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Before visiting Dr Kelly Mingus @ Distinctive Dentistry I had developed a bad phobia of going to the dentist. I had a bad experience at another dental office in town and have very sensitive teeth that made dental exams and cleanings painful. After three years of avoiding the dental chair, I decided it was time to try again. I made an appointment with Distinctive Dentistry and from the very first phone call was impressed with the way they treated me. They were compassionate and made me feel like they really cared about my experience. When I went for my appointment Janet and Tanya were amazing and really made me feel calm and comfortable. The images Tanya took of my teeth were really cool and I had never seen such detailed xrays taken before. Dr Mingus was funny and attentive and spent quite a while going over my images and talking with me every step of the way about what he saw and what he would recommend for my future care. It was a neat experience. When it came time for my cleaning, I told the technician Sierra that I was a little nervous and had very sensitive teeth. She eased my fears and used a numbing gel on my gums while she did the cleaning. I didn't even know dentists offered this! This made my experience excellent. I didn't experience any pain, and my teeth look and feel great. Thank you to everyone at Distinctive Dentistry for changing my mind about dental visits!
