We offer digital radiography which reduces radiation exposure by 90%, digital Intra-Oral cameras, flat panel monitors in each room with DVD players and headphones. Multimedia Education is available to explain dental procedures to our patients. Zoom 2 Tooth-Whitening, Invisalign and a wide range of General and Cosmetic Dental procedures are offered through our practice.
Dr. Davidson pursued a Physiology major at Michigan State University in the Lyman Briggs College. He then went on to receive a DDS degree from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry in 1997.
Dentistry is Dr. Davidsons passion. He refers to his patients as guests and feels and inner reward every time he helps his patients maintain or create a new natural smile. You can be rest assured that maintaining healthy teeth and gums is always an important concern here. Truly an artist Dr. Davidson is especially proud of the beautiful and natural looking smiles he and his team have created.
Dr. Davidson is a long standing member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is an implant trained Doctor from the Ladera Ranch Institute. He also is a Certified Invisalign Provider. He stays dedicated learning new techniques and has hundreds of hours of Continuing Education credits.
When Dr. Davidson is away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen and their three children Isabella, Jack, and Dominic. He also enjoys skiing, golfing and boating in northern Michigan with his family.

Dr. Davidson is a one of a kind dentist. I have been coming to him for years and will never go anywhere else. He is fair and explained step by step the process when placing my implant. I understood what I was having done and the cost. I trust that Dr. Davidson will take care of my teeth. I can't recommend him enough!

!!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!! Dr. Davidson and his team of "professionals" are the worst excuse for healthcare workers I have ever seen. On more than one occasion, I have dealt with their harsh judgement, crude comments, and cold hearted dental practice. I suffer from poor dental health, despite my excellent hygiene (thanks genetics) and I had to go in and have a procedure done. I also am a person who suffers from anxiety and other health conditions, so under going this procedure had me very nervous and on edge. You would think that a dentist and his hygienists would do their best to ease their patients nerves, answer questions fully, and reassure the patient that everything would go smoothly regardless of what type of procedure was going on. My experience was the exact OPPOSITE!! During my procedure it was obvious that I was just another dollar sign in Dr. Davidsons eyes. I wasn't given enough numbing medication and could still feel the procedure and his excuse was "it will be quick we need to get this done" in an annoyed tone. Obviously in pain and crying, they continued to work on me and Dr. Davidson was NOT doing his best work with a delicate hand - it seriously felt like my jaw was going to pop out of place. At the end, we BARELY had a discussion about my future dental procedures I need done because once I told him I would need a payment plan he refused to work with me - either pay in full or don't get work done (similar payment experience in another review of his). His employees are even worse. When speaking to Amy, the receptionist, she felt that it was necessary to comment on and degrade my appearance as if she had the right to judge me and how I take care of myself. What's even worse is that Dr. Davidsons hygienists like to gossip about others as if they were in a salon. My niece went to get her teeth cleaned and some tall, skinny, blonde hygienist (I believe her name was Mallory) was venting to her patient (that was my niece but she didn't know that) about my procedure. The hygienist told her that she had an adult patient who "cried like a baby" during a procedure (she named the specific work I had done) and that the patient needed to "grow up and get over a childhood fear" as well as commented that the patient needed to "take better care of their teeth." If you're looking for a dental office this is NOT THE PLACE. The worst and most judgmental healthcare staff I have ever met and they clearly only care about how much you have in your wallet and their pay checks at the end of the week. 100% will never return to this facility and NEVER recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Dr. Davidson and his entire staff are exceptional. My daughter had a tricky dental situation and Dr. Davidson counseled us through her growth until permanent implants could be done with expertise and compassion.

Friendly staff. Coleen the hygienist is great. My husband and I have been going here for years even after moving to Ferndale. Dr. Davidson took a few attempts to get the color on my husband's crown right but did a good job. However, my situation was not as successful. I had a lower crown that I've been complaining about for a couple of years. After looking at X-rays, Dr. determined that there was no issue. The second to my last visit I complained once again and Dr. Davidson looked at it again, manually wiggled it and even commented that the crown was lose and food was probably getting underneath. He even showed me the X-ray that showed the flaw. I made another appointment to have this addressed, even coming in earlier. He pulled the crown, cleaned up the decay and announced that I will need a dental implant instead of a much less invasive and costly crown. I was very upset about this as I have been complaining about this issue for at least a couple of years and felt that he should assume some of the financial responsibility. He disagreed and didn't even have the courtesy to discuss this with me personally so we are no longer patients of his. And as I'm writing this, I just lost more of what was left of this tooth. He has really let me down and I would not recommend him to anyone.
