A friendly team the hygienist was very sweet and explained everything going on. The dentist was great and explained the treat plan. Best dentist office I have been in a long time. Thanks to the whole office for making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Great for people with dental anxiety. The staff were very kind and made my visit the first stress free dentist experience I've had in decades. The pricing is excellent, payment plans are straightforward, and the doctor was friendly, clear, and informative. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The staff at Distinctive Dental Solutions- Dr. Michael Littell, Becky, Maddie, Rebecca, Laiken, Cecila - "CC" and Paula (from another office) - were very professional, kind, and patient. Dr. B is the best! He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed without rushing you. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been to this dental office 2 times so far, and it is so much better than my previous. The hygienists are very nice and make me feel good about my teeth, as well as the dentist. I feel relaxed and taken care of when I am here.

I had the BEST experience here! Dr. B, Cecelia and my assistant were so nice! They were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. It is very clean and welcoming inside. They make sure you are comfortable and they explain things in detail and answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

The only issue I have had here is that I have been stuck waiting for the past 2-3 months for claims to get paid out from my insurance ( i have 2 policies). I have called insurance and they said we have not received anything, and then Distinctive says they have sent it out and are waiting.. not sure what is going on there and now I am in the middle of it which is kind of a mess, but.. if you dont have to deal with that, I would recommend them. Sierra was a big help in trying to get the ball rolling to get the whole insurance issues resolves. Have talked to multiple people at Distinctive about the issue, and they kind of do nothing.. Sierra seemed like she really wanted to help and was escalating the issue so we can get a resolution. Update: This has been 5 months and still ongoing. Macie was next to no help and seemed very rude and unprofessional. Ashley, the manager, did not have time to get on the phone call with insurance to figure out what is going wrong here... I will not be back after this horrible experience with billing.
