Dr. Conrad attended Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Following dental school graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at Olin E. Teague Veterans Center and Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. This program concentrated on the treatment of facial pain, surgery and the administration of intravenous (IV) sedation.
Philosophy: I prepare and train myself as if my own daughters or wife were in my chair. I diligently try to take the bad parts out of dentistry while focusing on making every part as ideal as it can be, technically and from a comfort standpoint. My patients restored teeth should be as beautiful, healthy, functional and aesthetic as the best natural teeth, and maybe even better.
Dr. Conrads area of expertise are porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns and bridges, bonding, teeth bleaching, the treatment of T.M.J. disorders and facial pain, and complex restorative dentistry including the treatment of severely worn, decayed or missing teeth.
Dr. Conrad is a member of the teaching faculty at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD). This program is one of the premier post-doctoral training centers in the world. This center teaches dentists worldwide in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry and facial pain therapy (T.M.J.). He is a member of the DCDS, TDA, ADA and ADSA.

Dr. Neidelman and Susan are superb. Was waiting for awhile to be seen since Dr. Neidelman was tight up with another patient. Absolutely understandable. Susan came out often to check on me as well as to give updates. Highly recommended

These people are rude. They have very poor customer service. The two girls at the front are completely out of line. They give the whole office a bad vibe. I wouldn't recommend. 0 out of 10. The dentist should really be mindful of who they allow to work for them. It's not what you say l, it's how you say it. They are completely disrespectful.

Distinctive Dental is the best of the best where dentistry is concerned. I have been a patient of theirs for more years than I remember. The entire staff are great, very friendly and competent. Linda, my hygienist, is the absolute best. The dentists are the best, being highly trained, using the latest in technology. Perhaps the icing that caps it all is that service to others is something they practice, making mission trips annually (at least) to areas with the greatest need of modern dentistry.

The staff was awesome and Dr. Conrad continues to provide excellent service. I hate dental work, and the always gives you the option to sleep through it or just use laughing gas. I highly recommend Dr. Conrad for all dental work.

The receptionist was warm and remembered that I like decaf coffee. The hygienist took me in at the exactly scheduled time. She treated me as if I were the only patient.

This practice does a very good job at cleaning my teeth. This process is not one that is quick and done. They take time, explain what is being done and the hygienist is gentle and very professional. The Doctor has always made me feel valued and appreciated. As always the doctor and staff make you feel very special. They go out of their way to make the patient fell comfortable and at ease.

I highly recommend Dr. Conrad and all of his staff. They are some of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met! I hate having dental work as most people do and they go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Conrad is awesome and I would highly recommend him to everyone...especially those of us that don't want to go to the dentist :)

WARNING! I really hate to leave an unfavorable review but in view of the recent spike in COVID cases, I feel morally obligated to do so in this instance. This dental practice has, in my opinion, a very dangerous policy regarding protecting their patients from COVID. This practice, unlike most dental practices, refuses to tell you whether or not their staff has been vaccinated against COVID. Even if you ask a staff member directly whether they have been vaccinated, they refuse to tell you. I know some of their staff have not. Otherwise, this dental practice does a good job. They are courteous and endeavor to provide the best of care - except ... I would suggest you evaluate your risk of contracting COVID from a dentist or staff member in this practice who has not been vaccinated. Unfortunately, there's no way to determine this because this dental practice will not tell you. They claim it's illegal or unethical for them to do so but that's not correct. Therefore, PROCEED AT YOUR ON RISK!

The hygienist always takes me in at the appointment time. I never have to wait past the appointment time. The receptionist and the hygienist are both warm, and Dr. Berry is efficient. All in all I recommend Distinctive Dental Concepts.
