Dr. Mersha had grown up wanting to help people and change their lives. He discovered his love of dentistry when he realized how much confidence a smile can bring someone. Dr. Mersha graduated in 1994, obtaining his DMD degree from Boston University. Originally from Washington, D.C., he moved to Las Vegas for the weather. He opened Discovery Dental in 1999 and the rest is history! Over the years, he has also worked with victims of domestic violence, giving them back their smiles and confidence. He loves doing cosmetic work and fixed dentistry. In his off time, Dr. Mersha loves hanging out with his family, watching basketball games, and eating good food. When you meet Dr. Mersha, you will know you are in caring and committed hands.

A Las Vegas native, Dr. Adam Lousignont has been serving the Las Vegas community for over 15 years. He graduated Valedictorian from Bishop Gorman High School. Dr. Adam had always been interested in dentistry. He had taken a job as a dental assistant and decided being a dentist is what he wanted to do. So, he obtained his bachelors degree in biology from UNLV with the honor of Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Adams true passion is the surgical aspect of dentistry. The most favorite part of his job is restoring functionality and beauty to a mouth that would have otherwise been considered hopeless. He states There is nothing more fulfilling to me than being able to restore someones smile and enjoy life again. Its a marvel of both the technological advancements in the dental field, and the human bodys amazing ability to heal and adapt. I am grateful every day that I get to be a part of that process. It changes lives.

Dr. Adam has been involved in charities like Give Kids A Smile and volunteering his services to Las Vegas homeless community. His patients describe him as very thorough and informative, with meticulous attention to detail, a gentle touch and good sense of humor. When he is not in the office, he loves spending time with his wife and dogs, going scuba diving, and being outdoors.

Tracey is a Las Vegas native and has been in the dental field since 1998. She has been working alongside Dr. Mersha since 2001. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of dental insurance and financial needs. Tracey has attended countless courses in order to better serve every patients needs. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people understand their benefits and providing options that help make dentistry affordable for everyone. In her free time, Tracey spends her time with her husband, three kids and their dog, Rookie. She enjoys going to her childrens sporting events and traveling.

Stephanie has been at the side of Dr. Mersha since Discovery Dental has opened. Steph loves all aspects about dentistry but especially loves assisting in surgical procedures. Stephanie can give you every bit of information you need to know all while keeping the mood light and comical. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients. She finds joy in making someone feel happy, comfortable and beautiful. On the weekends, she relaxes with her four kids and husband, loves to snowboard in the winter, be on the lake in the summer and attend concerts whenever she can.

Jeanie graduated first in her CSN Dental Assisting program in 2010. She has worked in many specialty fields and is very knowledgeable is all aspects of dentistry. She loves making people feel more confidence in themselves. Her favorite part of her job is working with her hands. One thing that she always wants people to understand about dentistry is that trust and being comfortable are key. Jeannie loves hanging out with her kids, getting a good nap in when she can and going to concerts.

Lauren has been in the dental field since 2008. She knew that she wanted to be a hygienist when her older sister started taking her to work with her as a young girl. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them realize the dental office doesnt have to be a scary place. When shes not dazzling our patients, she is spending time loving on her husband and three sons. She loves going on vacation and watching her sons play sports.

Bri grew up in California and relocated to Las Vegas in 2013. She started her dental career in 2011. Bri loves dentistry so much that she is continuing her education and going to school part time to become a dentist. Bri strives to be as helpful as possible, going above and beyond for our patients and their needs. If you have a question, she can answer it. When shes not at the office or doing schoolwork, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and her baby girl. Bri loves music, reading and painting.
