Dr Melissa was great with our son. He sat still and listened the whole time. They had some great tips on how to brush a toddlers teeth!

Pros: hygienist and dentist were great. Very friendly and made the experience comfortable for my 2 year old. Cons: communication - I provided my insurance information 3x yet no one informed me they do not take the most common type of insurance: BCBS. Very frustrating to be surprised with a $200 bill at the end of our appointment. Punctuation - we waited 20 mins after the scheduled appointment time before being called back. Everyone was leaving for lunch and they locked the front door. So weird. Made me very uncomfortable to wonder if we were forgotten. Finally - For some reason they schedule new patients in my sons age group only at 12:20 or 12:30 which is right at nap time. Why?

Discover Smiles was so amazing! My kiddos were just a little nervous, but Olivia was so gentle and helpful all through the process of their first appointment here, they were SOOOO HELPFUL!!! They made us feel welcomed and their prize tower is good incentives for slightly overexcited kiddos like mine to keep on their best behavior. :D

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an absolutely wonderful first visit from start to finish! We had a few less-than-stellar experiences with our nervous patient at other "pediatric" dentists so I was hoping this office would work for us. Happy to report that our expectations were exceeded at every turn, and our child raved about how awesome the appointment was. Thank you all! A great team!

My son has Autism and does not deal well with anxiety towards people, and has sensory issues. At Discover Smiles, he has not had any issues since day one, and surprisingly looks forward to going to see the dentist. I'm a very lucky mom to have been referred to Discover Smiles. The best customer service, all the staff makes eye contact and say hi to you. They have a very professional team that knows how to make a child comfortable throughout the visit. Honestly this was the best experience I have had in health care so far.

They always do well with my daughter, they listen and help make an action plan. Moderately quick and very clean environment. Added bonus is the coin, toy machine she loves being rewarded and makes a positive experience.

My 10 year old was referred here because of his anxiety getting work done on his teeth. The whole office was wonderful and spoke to him like a child but also very informative like he was "older" so he got to feel great about the drs and the experience. I would recommend.

We have loved this office and staff for over 7 years now! Kathy definitely is always a friendly face and the kids all love when Ann is their hygienist! We appreciate how amazing everyone is with our children!

We were recommended on an emergency situation. We were welcome with warm smiles. After the evaluation we were given options and everything was explained to us and what to expect. We were very happy with the experience we had, and the 1.5 hour trip was well worth it. The next morning we received a call check on my son and to make sure he was doing well.

We had an excellent experience at Discover Smiles Dentistry. My one year old had a lip tie release done and the doctors were amazing. Catherine was also amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure that my son was taken care and doing well after his procedure. Beyond thankful for everyone that made this a smooth process!
