Dr. Haluska grew up in Brewer and graduated salutatorian from Brewer High School. He was an Eagle Scout, an avid runner and chess player, and active in student government. After graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in Biological Engineering, he completed his dental education at Boston University. Dr. Haluska now makes his home in Bangor and is married with three young children, a boy and two girls. He is very happy to be living and working in the community he grew up in, and proud to take over the reins for Dr. Lausier's much-loved dental practice. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, and visiting Acadia National Park.

They took me in during a really rough time. I have been missing work, and always in pain. I left there feeling very hopeful and encouraged about my future in many ways. The entire staff was so kind and beyond helpful. I have always had severe dental anxiety and by the end of this appointment I actually felt really good about it.

May I give MORE than 5 stars ? The Office Staff are fabulous - such nice and personable people. The Dental Assistant was great as well, working in unison so well with the Dentist, Dr. Haluska, that the procedure went smoothly and quickly, with 'zero' pain or discomfort. Dr. Haluska is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, kind and pleasant, explaining the entire dental process. You can tell they are all sincerely interested in their patient's. I highly recommend this Dentistry for all your dental needs.

Excellent dental practice! Dr Haluska is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. His office and technician staff are wonderful. He fixed a problem tooth that 3 other dentists said they couldn't fix. I can highly recommend him.

called for emergency appointment.. I was in within 2 hours. 8 other dentist had nothing open for an emergency. Staff was amazing from walking in to walking out. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

Dr Haluska is amazing. He is informative, kind, gentle, reassuring and a perfectionist. I recommend him to everyone who is in need of a dental practice. His staff is great! His assistants are knowledgeable and kind. His front staff is also great.

AMAZING, and caring staff. All staff. I get so nervous going to the dentist, and whenever I leave Dirigo, I ask myself - "Why do I get so wound up!?" They are patient, caring, and so efficient. I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone that works here is "patient first friendly" and Dr Haluska is the absolute best dentist I've ever had. Besides great routine care, I've had a couple dental emergencies and they were able to resolve my issues in not only a timely manner but expeditiously. I've lived in fear of dentists since I was four, nearly 60 years later I've found a place where I am made comfortable and treated like family.

I was a patient of Dr. Lausier's for many years. As he inched towards retirement, he brought in Dr. Haluska to take over the practice. He is the most wonderful, amazing dentist!! I could not be happier with him and the rest of the excellent staff at Dirigo Dentistry!! They are very accommodating with their schedule if you need a repair or adjustment. Best practice ever!!
