He has hacked my mouth to the point where I can't stop biting my tongue I can't bite cleanly I can't chew and I've lost 40 pounds from being afraid to eat. This dentist is by far the biggest hack I have ever been to. Don't go to him you'll regret it.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CROWN OF MY IMPLANT , HE PUT SOMETHING BLACK BEHING THE CROWN AND WITH THAT MY CROWN IS DARK. IT IS AFTER I WENT THERE SERERAL TIMES . NOW I NEED TO PAY AGAIN TO GET FIXED.

Dr. Swann is excellent!! He is probably the most thorough of dentists I've ever been to. It's not always easy to find that in this day and age. I am very satisfied with the work he's done on my teeth!!!

My tooth had been hurting and infected for months. It caused me a lot of other systemic infections.. Even though I was nervous Dr. Swann, clearly explains the whole process and he also give me options. by way this facility definitely have the latest technology, even the bathroom is high tech. Clean to the next level, No dental office smells, Fresh air quality. Its feels like a spa. Anyway It's the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free extraction. The assistant and front desk people are considerate, caring and great professionals. Once again Dr. Swann thankyou very very much.

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. These people never get back to you, the dentist NEVER speaks to you only the techs do... what is up with these people!!!!! Not professional what so ever.

Dr Swann and staff are brilliant and professional. Always treating me with upmost respect. I've had a complete reconstruction of my teeth and they are perfect. I get compliments on my smile every day. I am so pleased with the quality of work I've received. I've been terrified by past dentists and any drilling. I feel safe and confident when Dr Swann works on my teeth. I feel this practice goes above and beyond in care compassion and concern.

What a great experience, I usually hate a trip to the dentist. Staff were friendly and helpful. The office was super clean, and I didn't feel like my mouth had been butchered. So not only did they easy my anxiety with the dentist they also did a great job on my tooth. Highly recommend them!

Dr. swamn is great, but his secretary laughed when we explained her our emergency. She was indifferent, rude and not helpful overall. Which is something we are really not looking for when we had an emergency. We ended up switching to another dentist who treat us with more respect.

Since there are two locations to leave reviews for the same dentist, I will attempt to leave this review on both pages. I just got off of the phone with the receptionist there, and will no longer be going to this place of business. I had an appointment tomorrow at 9am, they call me today at 5:45pm to cancel on me... which would be totally and completely understandable if today wasn't the THIRD appointment in a row that's been cancelled. The last time they called and cancelled was 10 minutes before my appointment, so I was on my way there, naturally. And while they are on the phone with you cancelling, you do not get an ounce of empathy. I have been MORE than understanding and patient. I do not know what kind of business this is, but I have taken time away out of work for this place to only cancel on me over and over again. Do not waste your time, they do not put their patients first. They do not care, point blank. Absolutely unacceptable, I will be spreading the word.

Got 3 teeth pulled here a few years ago. Went to a different dentist today and 2 of those teeth werent removed all the way and still have roots. So now I have to go through all the pain AND pay again to have the roots taken out correctly. Thanks a lot. This is in regard to the falmouth location and also it was under my maiden name which is why you have no record.

Dr. Swann's is a definitely the best run Dental office I have been to. I worked as a per diem in many offices in MA, and this practice is far superior. Office is spotless and equipped with all the latest technology. Very proper, professional staff, highly trained. Their work is diligent and high quality, material and technique are superior. I have had many procedures done including crowns and I have to say, I now really love what I see in a mirror. My smile is just like you see "on the cover of a magazine" . AIso prices are a lot more reasonable then most offices I cant say thank you enough to my coordinator Michelle, the assistants Michele, Haley and all the others for the fantastic work Also my special gratitude to Dr. Swann, for his magic touch and sincere caring. Thank you all for running a wonderful, quality happy practice.

Direct pay dental literally saved my smile. My two front teeth snapped in half and they were so kind and accommodating. They do everything they can to work with you financially, which is incredibly helpful. They got me in ASAP and now you would never know I had such an unfortunate accident. I'm with them for life!

I am happy I found a great dentist and a wonderful staff that made me feel very comfortable will be going back for some more procedures, will be writing more comments threw my dental work but for now I will say so far so good.

Dr swann and his staff are highly professional when I first went there my teeth were in rough shape they made me feel I mattered and worked with me financially to get my smile back he is truly a humanitarian he cares deeply for the well being of his clients I remember him saying to me because I work in the public eye that I needed a beautiful smile and he made that possible thank you dr swann and his team for giving me back my confidence you have changed my life forever I am truly grateful
