Went in with a lose crown left with a lose crown. What a waste! New dentist only interested in making $. To think l wasted half a sick day for NOTHING.

This like every thing you're use to doing has or is going through these changes caused by the so called, political reset. Everyone was very friendly but I was there nearly 2 hours, half of the time I spent waiting in the chair, was no fault of the dentist I believe he was just over booked.

Always a pleasant experience for the past 10 years with the entire staff here from reception to the assistants and very professional and knowledgeable dentists. I highly recommend Direct Dental Care.

Today's visit was the 2nd time I went for my crown and it was not right. Dr. Kishbaugh had to send it back for the 3rd time. I got in on a cancelation for 10:00 & was not seen until 11:15 because Dr. Kishbaugh was trying to fix another mess up from their lab. He and the staff are very nice but very very poor work from their lab. Not happy at all. They all need to move to another dentist office because the new owners don't seem to care!!!

I have been going to Dr. Bauman since 1981 I believe. He and his staff were always friendly ,and I always have been pleased with their care. Direct Dental Care now serving us, I am pleased with those workers and service as well. Was there on May 26, 2022 for a cleaning. Great job, teeth refreshed and had a pleasant check from the dentist. No complaints.

Steph was able to work all three of my kids in for cleanings. She was friendly and made us feel so welcome and my kids at ease! Highly recommend her!

Very friendly kind folks! Doctor Zach is super nice and very good at explaining things!
