Dr. Shyn is thoroughly dedicated to providing his patients with comprehensive orthodontic care. In fact, unlike most orthodontists, Dr. Shyn has worked for over a decade in the field of general dentistry before specializing in orthodontics, so that he can better serve his patients.
Dr. Shyn graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1991, then practiced and studied dentistry for 10 years before focusing specifically in orthodontics and completing his orthodontic certification and residency at Jacksonville University.
We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive and nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient.
Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Bad customer service they blame you for the mistakes they make. They made my child bleed because they were rough on her and then say it's her fault that happened, I try to file a complaint and they don't care also I asked to speak to the dentist and complain but you have to get through the manager Maria first only to tell you he's to busy to get back to you . The dentist may be a good Dr but unfortunately the front desk / management is giving his business a bad report because in reality they are the face of the company.

My daughter went to this orthodontist and they were ready to pull teeth give her braces and give us $160 monthly payment to cover the bill, All I have to say is get a second opinion because today she went to another orthodontist and they said if they would've pulled her teeth it would have been too early and she would have had additional problems. I wish I could have a blank check at the customers expense, but then that would be morally wrong. I wish there were less stars to pick from.
