Dr. Brandon Freeland is a board-certified pediatric dentist. He grew up in the Southern Tier and graduated Valedictorian from Susquehanna Valley High School. He continued his education at the University at Buffalo and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College, receiving a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a Minor in Pharmacology and Toxicology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Dr. Freeland completed his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Childrens Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Freeland is very passionate about providing dental care to children and patients with special needs. Creating a positive atmosphere while maintaining optimal oral health is one of Dr. Freelands top priorities, and he is very proud to be part of a dental team that shares those values. Dr. Freeland had many visits to the dentist as a child due to a sports-related injury, so he can relate to his patients receiving dental care. His enthusiasm and friendly demeanor, combined with a sense of humor, helps ease anxiety of both patients and parents. Some of Dr. Freelands interests and hobbies outside of dentistry include photography, ice hockey, soccer, golf, running, cycling, hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, and hunting. He is a big advocate for physical fitness, and enjoys working out regularly. He has run in multiple Tough Mudders and competed in Michigans M22 Challenge (triathlon) three times. Dr. Freeland is glad to be in the Greater Binghamton area to serve the community.
Dr. Slavik was born and raised in the southern part of Russia near the Black Sea. It is one of the very few areas of the country with warm summers, mild winters, and a very culturally/ethnically diverse population. During his childhood, he enjoyed spending time with his older brother, cousins, and often spent summers with his grandmother at her country home. After high school, he was accepted into the State University of Medicine and Dentistry, in Russia for dental education.
In dental school, Dr. Slavik completed a comprehensive medical and dental education. Dr.Slavik began to find that he especially enjoyed spending time in the pediatric dental department, which was the beginning of his journey to becoming a pediatric dental specialist. After graduating from his dental school in Russia, he moved to the United States to further his education.
Dr. Slavik applied and was accepted to the New York University College of Dentistry Advanced Standing Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program for internationally trained dentists seeking to practice dentistry in the US. After obtaining his second dental degree through NYU,
Dr. Slavik sought to become a Pediatric Dentist. He applied and was accepted to the residency specialty training at NYU Langone Hospitals. This two-year training solely focused on providing care for infants and children through adolescence, including those with special health needs.
Dr.Slavik loves working with children and their families! He always enjoys learning from his patients and especially focuses on making their dental visit a fun experience. With the support of his awesome team, Dr. Slavik uses compassion and empathy to help children get over their dental fears and anxiety.

Definitely the best. I have 4 children and have changed so many places. And this is the best place for children dental health. I drive from another town just to come here. And every time I am more happy with this place.

The friendliness and caring attitudes are top notch. It's a bit of a drive for us but when we pull up, my little guy loves to see that big Dino on the building. I love that they are so quick, thorough and caring with my little guy.

I take all 3 of my children. The assistants are amazing, the doctors are very compassionate and have the best bedside manner. They have tv's on the ceiling so the kids can watch Netflix during their visits. My kids (10, 14, and 17) all love picking a treasure after each visit as well.

Such a wonderful place for the little ones. They were so kind and so patient with my daughter who is not a fan of going to the doctors. They were encouraging and they let her know that she was going to be okay and that they were helping her out with her little teeth. I love this place! I'd give 100 stars if I could

Friendly staff. Despite this place being a pack them stack them and rack them type of dental office they still do pretty good work. I've taken all of my children there many times and I'm always satisfied with the work.

Best Dentist I have ever taken my children to! They are all a great team ! TV's on the ceilings just amazing!! Dr. Joe is great at his job and comforting the kids!! 10 stars from me! All the assistants are great too.

Dr. Slavik Litvinenko was fantastic and all the ladies I met were very patient and reassuring with my kids. My kids have enjoyed their visits and have been very happy to go back. I appreciated their dedication to making sure the dentists isn't a scary place.

My kids and I Absolutely love this place! We've been going here for years, even though we live almost an hour and a half away. My children never complain. My oldest had an emergency with her spacer today and Dr. Joe and an assistant (so sorry, forgot her name) stayed open late on a Friday before memorial day weekend to see her. They definitely care about their patients and went above and beyond. Thank you so much dinosaur dental!!
