When i started going with them the staff was friendly the Dr is nice. Now, the office changed they take months to take patients in. If you reschedule their 3-4 months out. They close on Fridays and on Thursdays they close early. Last visit i had with my son one of the dental assistants was very rude to my son. There is more but i just rather not take my kids there. They work with kids they should have more patience.!

Starting with we can't take you in tell in 6 months from now was ridiculous so if you cancel an appt they will reschedule you till 6 months from the Appt cancel. Second the person scheduling appts and the receptionist are very rude and have no customer service they don't even acknowledge when you come in with a good Morning or Afternoon. The dental assistant have no kids Patience at all you can see in there faces that they don't enjoy there job you're assuming if it's a childrens dentist they will have patience with the kids I really hated that they have to take your kid around the hall by themselves to get the xray pics. The kids get scared and my little one hated coming here and after seeing how they are I decided to look for a better review place. I just took her in to children's dentistry in Merced and my little one loved it she told me mom I didn't even needed you this new place is amazing I can see everything they do and receptionist staff, dental assistant and dr are super friendly with kids it's more like a childrens dentist

Lauren or Laura your front desk rep was very attentive, kind and patient. She immediately acknowledged me even though her desk was the farthest. She did not seem irritated by any of my tideous questions like the other back rep did. The front rep was busy on the phone so it was understandable. The RDA and Dentist were very patient charming and knowledgeable. I'd definitely give a 5 stars but that one receptionist whom I wish I would have got a name netter could have been kinder to myself and her coworkers.

I highly recommend Dino smiles..My kids always look forward to getting their teeth cleaned. Dr.Gremillion and staff are amazing and caring they take the time to answer all ur questions and make sure ur kids teeth are healthy.. Thank you for all your hard work dino smiles.. my kids have been going here for over 3 yrs now very professional and clean

Spoke with Erica she says she reports to her self, she hung up on me multiple times and was super rude for no reason. I was just trying to set up a appointment to have my 7 year old sons spacer looked at bc it is causing him pain. She said id have to go back to the place that installed it just to have it looked at which are booking appointments 3 months out. . . . Even though they are the place that referered us . . Based on my experience with Erica we will be looking for a new dentist at this point.

This customer service is ridiculous. My sons appt has been canceled twice by them and they say we'll we have something 2 months from now it's a damn 15 minute 6 month check up. He hasn't been seen in over a year because everytime his appt comes its canceled and the ladies in the front are rude about it.

This place is amazing! My son is on the Autism Spectrum with quite a lot of energy, and he has been coming here since he was about 3-4 years old. I am completely astonished by the phenomenal hospitality from staff and Dr. Gremillion at Dino Smiles. I would always express my appreciation for the dental assistants during our visits for their awesomeness because they 1.) are "naturally" nurturing, 2.) have great interpersonal skills and 3.) are awesome at tailoring a great successful environment during all our dental visits! My son sure loves coming here, and the decoration theme is a plus!

Best experience! It was son's first real dental visit. They were super nice! The place is decorated with all kinds of dinosaurs and they have a tv in every room with a movie playing. My son more recently has gotten into toy story. Now I don't know if they put toy story on bc he was wearing a toy story shirt or if it was just a coincidence, but he loved it! I'd recommend them to anyone with kids!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. The doctor was nice but the front desk lady's were completely rude and looked unprofessional. They need to be all replaced. I pray for this place. Going to continue to NOT refer anyone here.

I have been taking my son to this facility for 4 years. All the staff is amazing from the front desk, assistants, and Doctor. And they always make my little ones feel comfortable.

I've been bringing two of my children to Dino Smiles for 3-4 years now. The staff is very patient and wonderful working with children. My kids feel very comfortable during the appointments and are not afraid. The office is very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend!
