So I missed my appointment here because I thought my appointment was on the 28th not the 27th. They now won't reschedule my appointment. I've been going to this dentist and pay out of pocket for all my visits and procedures. It's sad that they do this to their patients. This place has got to do better at accommodating their loyal patients. I could see if someone owes money or has been rude but missing an appointment and no reminder seems ridiculous !!

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. My childhood memories of sitting in the dental chair are not pleasant. As an adult I kept those fears and had been reluctant to seek routine dental care until I went to Dillsburg Dental. Dr. Mike and his staff are professional, friendly, gentle and comforting. I no longer fear the dental chair. Dr. Mike always explains what needs to be done allowing plenty of time for me to ask questions. I have required many crowns and root canals over the years and Dr. Mike always made sure I was pain free. He puts his patients first. I needed emergency care while he was on vacation and he came into the office and cared for me. Dental assistant Michele, helps distract and comfort me while assisting Dr. Mike. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. Stacy is professional and gentle while cleaning my teeth. Rhonda keeps the office running like a smooth machine. She greets you with a smile as you walk thru the door, she schedules your appointments and handles your insurance. She is both professional and friendly. Dillsburg Dental treats you like family. No need to fear the dentist anymore.

Worse dental clinic from an administrative standpoint - go else were. Lost my s^&% on receptionist ((name withheld (yes very unprofessional on my part)) - however, numerous times have been threatened to be charged $40 due to switching appointment(s) that I don't even remember making - was called day prior and left VM... Had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Again, maybe could have handled the situation better, but clinic may think twice now about charging patients for services not rendered. Will be formally reporting to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding questionable business practices as well as Better Business Bureau - which Dillsburg Dental is not BBB accredited - ironically when a business lose their accreditation, it generally means that they simply decided to stop paying their bill.

Thank you for wonderful care and attention. I have always been terrified of dentists but not today. I had to have a tooth removed and it was painless and easy. Plus, Dr. Mike answered all of my numerous questions fully and patiently. Kudos to you all! I wanted to update this since it is so old. I still think that these are the nicest dental professionals that I have ever know. Since the last review six years ago, they have remained tolerant of my wimpiness and patient with my questions. Thank you all again.

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE! The staff were extremely nice, funny and caring. I truly felt valued as a patient. Everything went well with no issues. Highly recommend!!!!

I Was satisfied with this dentist and service for at least five years, had some good work done there, which corrected bad work from a Wash DC area dentist. I Made it a habit to have my teeth cleaned here every 6 months. Recently, two hours prior to a cleaning appointment I received a call from their administrative manager telling me that the dental hygienist was going to refuse to clean my teeth unless I allowed them to do X-ray's..no up front "why" they wanted to, nor in an asking tone/manor .. I don't do threats...accordingly, I reacted poorly in kind. I asked what "Law" dictated the requirement, and was it State or Federal, At first I was told State, which was a lie, subsequently I was told it was the Office policy (likely for liability reasons, or money). Regardless, I had actually planned on letting them do xrays during this appointment. However,, after getting threatened by a hygienist, backed by the dentist, and absorbing their overall poor communication skills towards a consistent customer, I simply canceled my appointment and have moved on to a better, more customer friendly dental office. Very disappointing, as they do good work.

I've been here many times and its always been a great experience. I would highly recommend Lindsey. Ask for her! Very personable and professional. You can see her smile behind her mask. And she has great stories, because let's be honest, your not saying much with someone working on your mouth. Also she's pretty cute!!

I haven't been her personally but my husband, Mike, absolutely raves about how great the place is!!!! Especially Lindsay!! I'm looking to switch dentist's soon, but I'm fearful just because I've had so many complicated issues with my teeth in the past but after how much he's had to say about this great office & Lindsay, I'll be sure to switch!!!

I would probably never see a dentist ever again if I had not found Dr. Mike and the girls!! They are absolutely amazing, patient and I be!I will never go anywhere else.

I am so glad I found this practice. The staff was so nice, they all made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Then the icing on the cake was the wonderful dentist. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to many dentists in my 71 years, but never left an appointment smiling. I love this place, and highly recommend it.
