It's one thing to cancel the appointment we had booked 6 months in advance, two days before the appointment, while giving no alternate option. It's another to TWICE hang up on us in middle of a phone call. There's standard bad service and then there's this. Shockingly unprofessional and just straight-up rude. Wow.

I just had such a terrible experience with this dentist office. I made an appointment for my son who has been seen by this practice before. They are very booked up and I had to make an appointment 6 months in advance. 3 days before his appointment I got a call that it was cancelled because they don't see pediatric patients. When I tried to discuss with them the secretary hung up on me. I am extremely disgusted with this service. I don't usually post bad reviews, but I don't want anyone to have to deal with this office's terrible service and communication. The dentist is good, but not worth it for how the rest of his staff treats his patients.

Response to Eli E's comment. This individual physically threatened the employees and the doctor of this establishment resulting in the involvement of the AMAZING Lakewood Police department. This individual was informed by the Police not to return to the building or risk arrest. Next time Eli E posts something, perhaps these minor details should be included.
