I chose Digital Smiles for my orthodontic treatment because of the customer service and overall atmosphere (being located in a very nice, clean building). I am always met with friendliness. My orthodontist and assistants/hygienists answer all of my questions and are great with reducing the anxiety that I usually have with dental offices.

I am very disappointed, I called and made the appointment with a very specific request, that I needed a spacer removed for my daughters mouth. I get there and they do x-rays to evaluate her( which my daughter hates to do) and then the doctor says that he cannot remove a spacer that he didn't put on. Why do the x-rays in the first place, if you weren't going to remove the spacer? Now, apparently, by that reasoning, I need to go track down the one and only doctor, because apparently he or she is the only one person that should remove it. Hope that Dr. stayed employed in the last city I was in. stop wasting peoples time on money!!!

went from 1 star to 5 stars as they rectified the situation. The work they do is perfect, No complaints about that, nice people and a very nice space. loved Dr. Shirazi and her assistant - would almost hope i had more issues with my teeth than i have to come more frequent.

I came in to Digital Dental for a tooth ache. They helped me and took me out of pain the same day. Everyone here is wonderful. I made this my dental office. Thank you for your great service. I recommend this office to everyone looking for a great dentist.
