Together, the DiFranco family provides a comprehensive, caring, family atmosphere to periodontal treatment for their patients.

Growing up, Dr. Chuck Jr. was always around his dads periodontal practice. He worked at the office as early as high school mailing letters, calling patients, and eventually working beside his dad and aunts as a surgical assistant. That was enough for Dr. Chuck to decide he wanted to go to dental school, and eventually specialize in periodontics. He is especially proud to work and live in the community that he grew up in and cares so much about!
Dr. Chuck is married to his wife Marissa, whom he met at Maine South High School. They have four children and reside in Park Ridge. When not working, he enjoys being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys learning about world history and cultures, traveling, golf, and keeping up with local sports teams.

I had an implant done with Dr. Chuck Jr in Palos , and then a 2nd one done in Park Ridge. I would travel far and near for him. I was so scared and it made it so painless. Everyone in his office is so friendly and very caring. This is definitely the place to go they are the BEST.

I have been a patient at DiFranco Periodontics for several years. Each visit, they have demonstrated professionalism, quality care and honesty with a pleasant customer service attitude. Dr. Chuck is very pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough and communicates well answering all questions and providing options. The team of hygienists are all highly skilled and congenial. The front office team is warm, honest and positive in all their interactions. While I am now a regular patient treated mostly for preventive services, I have also had a couple of gum grafts surgeries that have been successful and held up very well. Dr. Chuck took his time explaining the necessity of the procedure, what was involved the day of the surgery and what to expect post-op. I highly recommend this outstanding team for all your periodontal needs as they will deliver a positive and beneficial experience each and every time.

Dr. Chuck, Dr.Josie, Dental Assts. Lindsey & Mary treated me for my dental emergency and they were so professional, gentle and kind. Dr.Chuck especially walked me through the procedure before ,during and after and made the experience actually somewhat enjoyable! The entire office staff has a way of making each patient feel like a VIP from start to finish! I highly recommend DIFRANCO Perio- hands down the best in Illinois!

Definitely my best experience ever in any type of dental office. If you have any anxiety this is the absolute best place to come and the surgeons are very skilled. My personal experience was with Dr. Josie DiFranco and she is a phenomenal surgeon with the best bed side manner I have ever experienced from a medical professional. The staff at the front desk and the assistants are extremely friendly, kind and professional as well. I don't think you could possibly find a better place to go for dental surgery.

I had such a great experience at the DiFranco Periodontics office this afternoon. I felt very welcomed by the front staff, they reassured me on any questions that I had and were very organized. The office was very clean and met my expectations. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my whole visit. Dr.Charles DiFranco was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall the place is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the dentists are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I had a LANAP surgery today, and 1 tooth extraction. Everything went so smoothly, I didn't even feel anything. Dr. DiFranco and staff is very professional! All questions are answered and all instructions are clearly provided. It's almost 9 hours after the surgery, and I'm feeling great.

I use to have such anxiety at the mere thought of even making an appointment at a dentist, let alone having dental surgery, but being under the care of Dr. Charles DiFranco has completely put me at ease. I suffer from a chronic condition which affects my gums. He has basically saved my teeth and smile. He and his staff are the caring, efficient and skilled ~I highly recommend them!
