We had a really great first visit at Dietrich Orthodontics for my daughter who is very fearful and anxious about dental exams! Everyone was very kind to my girl and kept the mood fun and light which really kept her at ease. We found out my daughter doesn't need any immediate intervention, so she's in the Kid's Club for now. I'm very pleased with our decision to use Dietrich Orthodontics!

Easy to make an appointment. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there. Both my son and I were sad when he got his braces off because we wouldn't need to come to the office anymore!

Both my kids had braces through Dr. Dietrich and the experience has been wonderful! My son and daughter now both have their braces off and the results are amazing!! I would recommend them to anyone I talk to, his staff is friendly and always willing to help. Thanks for making this experience as easy as possible!

Our son is receiving excellent care at Dietrich Orthodontics! The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The office is run very efficiently, and communication between the staff and parents is easy, smooth, clear, and concise. Even with the added challenges of working during a time of Covid safety policies and precautions, patient education and communication with parents is exceptionally thorough. The day our son's braces were put on, Dr. Dietrich and the staff put him at ease and were very patient and gentle with him. We were sent home with a bag of supplies to support good habits for oral care with braces, including some soft foods. Also, we were texted a link to a very helpful patient/ parent education informational video created by the staff to help us understand how to take care of our son's teeth and braces and to inform us of what to expect. Dr. Dietrich and his staff are top notch, and we couldn't be happier with the care our son is receiving. We highly recommend Dietrich Orthodontics! Update: Our son's braces are now off, and his teeth look wonderful! We couldn't be happier with the care our son received at Dietrich Orthodontics! In addition to Dr. Dietrich's professional expertise and our son's fantastic outcome, we highly recommend this practice for being friendly, organized, and well-run! Top shelf, indeed!!

Dr. Dietrich and his staff provided me with a wonderful experience.My consultation laid out a plan of treatment and cost clearly, all of my questions were answered same day. They have a wide variety of hours which made it convenient as a working adult to have appointments without missing work. I was treated respectfully by every staff member at every appointment. I got my braces off today and was so happy with my results. I will never regret going to Dr. Dietrich. I cannot express how awesome your staff is, and I really love the atmosphere you have created there! Thank you for giving me my smile back.

Two daughters...two sets of braces. Never something you WANT your kids to have to go through (or parents to have to pay for), but the overall experience for both girls was so fantastic! I never had braced as a child, so didn't know what to expect, but their offices are always very efficient, and the staff across the board was always super helpful, friendly, and informative. Keep up the great work!

Dietrich has an amazing team, that rotates between both offices and they still always find time to fit you in. They are flexible to having you come to either offices and will always take the time to make things right Every single time I've been in I have been greeted with a smile and all of the ladies in the back are always happy and talk to you to make it a nice experience from start to finish. All around amazing staff, they deserve great reviews

We love everyone at Dietrich Orthodontics! My 8 year has had a wonderful experience getting braces and they have made every step of this process easy (and efficient!)...and for all the parents out there that are at the early appointments, the coffee bar is amazing too

My daughter has had a great experience having braces. That seems like an odd sentence to write, but it's very true. Everyone is very kind, and the technology and knowledge of Dietrich Orthodontics is evident. My only criticism is that Dr. Dietrich doesn't talk very much to my daughter, and sometimes they get so focused on what they are doing, they forget to tell her what is happening as they do the various things. That's the only reason I didn't give five stars.

Love an office that is timely! Arrived and taken care of promptly. Staff very friendly and professional. Ensured my questions as well as any my child had were addressed to satisfaction. Lucky to be referred to this office.
