Everyone was super nice and friendly at my son's appointment. His dental needs and course of treatment was very detailed and easy to understand. We were able to get started the same day and we both had a great experience.

We are a little newer to this whole process of orthodontics, but they have all been so good to work with and understanding of various questions and challenges. We are thankful!! Our daughter has adjusted really well.

Absolutely wonderful people and excellent service! My husband has used them and now it's my turn! I called and they did a consult the same day! They explained everything very easily and I felt very comfortable with all the staff members! Best in Lakeland!

We are in our 2nd year and have no regrets. The staff is very easy to get along with, friendly, courteous, and patient. I love that appointment reminders are sent and if you're needing reschedule, supplies or have questions they always try to accommodate you.

My daughter had braces here at Dietrich and Kelso. We love it. They took covid preventative measure really good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I love this place! Very professional and appointments are done in a timely manner. I've only had positive experiences here and would highly recommend it. They clearly show their care and expertise. Smiling faces when you walk in the door and everyone is pleasant. I've been going to this place for over 3 years and have loved it. Through my entire braces journey from 2015 to 2019 and with regular checkups even in 2021 they've provided excellent care and attention.

I have been taking my 3 grandchildren there since 2014. First my oldest that is now 19 and now the two younger ones 13& 15 yrs old. I absolutely feel at home there. The doctor and all the ladies that work there are fantastic. They are very friendly and accommodating. I have had to cancel & reschedule and take them in on occasion in an urgent time and I have always been able to bring them in immediately. I highly recommend Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics to all my friends and family. Thank you to all the staff and Doctor.
