Dr. Charles Dietrich, thank you for taking me in as a new patient on Monday (Dec 28) with an emergency to address a broken tooth. Your staff (dental and administrative) were excellent, kind, caring and thoroughly professional. In addition, I want you to know that your immediate attention to my problem is very much appreciated. In particular; that you quickly diagnosed the problem and not only recommended an immediate visit to an Oral Surgeon for further treatment but you also called the offices of Dr. Park and arranged for the first phase of the treatment (extraction, and insertion of an implant base for subsequent completion with a replacement tooth/crown). All of this was done in a two step effort the first being your appointment at 10:45 and a second with the Oral Surgeon at 12:45 (located a mile away) on the same day. The choreography of the two teams left me comfortable, painless and amazed at the dual teams' combined herculean effort to address my distress. Thank you for this amazing performance! You are all a great team. -- Prasad
