Had my wisdom teeth extracted here. The staff made me feel comfortable with the process pre-surgery, the operation was quick and painless, the anesthesia aftereffects were minor too. The staff are wonderful and the doctors are too, highly recommended.

The experience here was very positive. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the two on the bottom were impacted. The consult with Dr. Carpenter was quick and concise. Questions were answered quickly and accurately and all concerns were addressed. We decided to do local anesthesia as opposed to general. Upon arrival for my procedure I was taken back right on time. I was given the shots which while not painless were not the worst thing that I've ever been through. I was thoroughly numb within 10 mins at which time the procedure started. I was expecting the next hour of my life to be fairly miserable. What I was met with was little more than annoyance and almost as quick as it started it was over. 27 mins for 4 teeth 2 of which were impacted including stitches. I was honestly surprised it was over. I actually said well 1 down and he kind laughed and said nope I'm actually finishing stitches on the last one. I left quite numb but pain free. After a few hours the numbness started to wear off but the pain never really became more than annoying. No real pain over the next few days other than some localized swelling. After a week I was feeling pretty normal but I still avoided chewy and hard foods. 2 weeks after my diet has completely returned to normal. 4 weeks after now and I don't even have holes anymore and its like it never happened. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter as well as Dietrich & Associates in general for your needs. Thanks much.

Dr Carpenter and the whole staff is amazing, professional and really help put me at ease during a difficult stressful procedure. They explain everything before they do it and answered all my questions. Worth the out of network fees for the quality care. If you need an oral surgeon in Stark County Oh, this is the place to go.

WOW! What an experience! Service excellence from the first phone call I initiated and spoke with Abby! Abby set the tone of my experience , which was just excellent. I then arrived and my assistant Michelle! Another Angel; so knowledgeable, compassionate and informative as she prepped me for my procedure ! Here comes Dr. Dietrich: one of a million; from hand hygiene to skills! Scariest moment at ease with such wonderful professionals in a service of specialty with excellence Highly recommended!

Dr. Dietrich and all of his staff gave my 12 year old son a great experience getting 4 permanent teeth pulled for braces. He was very anxious, but they did a great job putting him at ease. Highly recommend them or his partners for all ages of care.

My own recently rescued dog bit my nose and eyebrow to the point my nostril was slit completely open and the ER doc recommended Dr. B and let me tell you he isn't only a great talent but a compassionate and nice man. I highly recommend him as a RN myself! Btw I never do these google Reviews, which shows you how much I I respect him ! Btw go tribe!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here. I am 46 years old and was scared to death to get them removed because of the possible complications that could happen due to my age. Dr. Beushausen was outstanding. He made me feel comfortable about the procedure and did an excellent job. It has been a little over a week since I had them removed and I am doing great!! I had minimal swelling and minimal pain compared to what I thought I would have. The entire staff there are excellent. They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going here for many major dental work you would need done :)

I had my wisdom teeth surgery here and they went through everything thoroughly with me and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and everything. Dr. Carpenter did a fantastic job, I never really had much swelling or any super bad pain. I highly recommend to come here for oral surgery of any kind.

Absolutely love all the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is as comfortable as it can be. The doctor and staff have been so kind especially in my difficult situation I would never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

Dr Beushausen and the staff are so amazing!!! I had to have a wisdom tooth removed emergently today and I was scared to death. I was given a blanket and even had my tears wiped by a wonderful women ( who's name escapes me). So glad to have had my work done here . What a wonderful pain free experience!!!

My mother has some teeth removed. She didn't say she had a bad experience. She didn't look like she was in pain nor discomfort. So I'll say it was "good" experience. But who has a "good experience" when getting teeth ripped out.

I fully understand that when I'm going to an oral surgeon, there are procedures that are going to be performed that involve shots, pain, and weird smells. Fortunately, with Dr. Deitrich, my experience was quick and professional. I had two implants placed, and love them. Thank you to Dr. Deitrich and his staff.
