Dirty practice, poor customer service, terrible dental exams and cleaning services! The worse experience ever!!! This place does not deserve even one star! I wonder how did they get two or more stars from anyone? Do not waist your time with Dr. Joshua! She is poorly skilled and just looking to charge your insurance. That's all! Turn around and run far from this place!

Yes the staff was great every one was Kind and polite and professional. Technology was up-to-date And their facility was very clean and neat I had a wonderful experience.

I don't normally do this, but yesterday was a very rough day. Thanks to a phone call with Dr. Joshua, I had to endure revisiting something terrible that happened to my child. When I was pregnant with my son, I had appendicitis. This required me to have two CAT scans with him in my womb. It's something that bothers me every single day of my life. Dr. Joshua, called to tell me that I needed to find a new dentist, she said she didn't like my attitude and that I am difficult because I don't like my son to have x-rays unless absolutely necessary. What she calls an attitude, is questioning why they were going to charge me a $25 fee for a no-show even though I called to cancel over 24 hours beforehand. If you are looking for a caring dentist, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I cried embarrassingly through a work meeting after her phone call and even the next day, I still can't shake how her phone call made me feel.

Horrible filling. Got a filling here in May, and my tooth broke today in September. It cracked the next week, and I thought I could wait it out until my next appointment. Will never come here again.

I have never left a negative review for a business, but I feel that it is important to share my experience so others are aware. When I went in for a routine cleaning, the dentist performed the cleaning, which I never had experienced before. During my cleaning, the dentist mentioned that placing a sealant on my teeth could be a preventive measure to protect my teeth. Not being familiar with the procedure, I asked for more information. The dentist said that after my polishing, she would come in and explain to me again. After the assistant polished my teeth, the dentist came in. Without saying a word to me, she started completing the sealant procedure. She did not ask for my consent for this procedure and at no time did I indicate that I wanted this. The whole procedure took less than two minutes. Now, my bite feels uneven and I cannot floss between two teeth because the sealant is in there. I now need to find another dentist to try and fix these issues and my confidence in going to the dentist has been eroded.

Dr. Ramya Joshua was very kind and gave me a very thorough consultation. She was kind enough to give me an emergency appointment the same day even though I called very close their closing time. She treated my condition very deftly and gave me excellent education about it. Highly recommended.

Dr Joshua and her staff were excellent. They thoroughly explained my options and made getting teeth pulled as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Diehl Family Dental.

I enjoyed my experience with Diehl Family Dental. I haven't been to the dentist in years so I was very nervous however Dr. Ramya Joshua was very patient and calm which made my experience at ease

Dr. Ramya is very kind, caring, compassionate and dedicated. My two children and I had a wonderful experience with today's visit. Staff is also friendly and caring. Dental Clinic is hygienic and well maintained.
