Deserves 0 stars. Do not trust this crook. My son had braces during covid so the orthodontist canceled several of his appointments. The only problem is they were never made up. They kept charging me but didn't provide the service I paid for. They took my son's braces off at the originally scheduled time while his teeth were still crooked. When I confronted them they lied and said it was because he wasn't wearing his retainer. I then had him put his retainer in, which fit perfectly. The orthodontist even went so far as to ALTER HIS APPOINTMENT RECORDS to say his last appointment was on December 25 (it was actually February 25th- they changed 2/25 to read 12/25). I assured her that she had no appointments on Dec. 25 because that's Christmas Day. I never thought I'd see a medical "professional" be this dishonest. Don't take your kids to this crook. Additionally, in response to the owner's response, you "gave" him a retainer because I called you out and caught you in a lie. Don't talk about HIPA laws preventing you from doing anything since you broke the law when you illegally changed the appointment to show 12/25 instead of 2/25. In short, if you had done your job in the first place, rather than being a crook, this wouldn't be an issue! You swindled me. You cheated my son, and now you're trying to cover your backside. You deserve to be called out for what you did. I paid for my son to have straight teeth. You ripped me off and deceived him. Now everyone can know how sorry you are.

I had a really great time here. The staff was really nice, always made sure I was okay or apologized for an discomfort I may feel and I love the smile I got from it all!

They are not caring about patients they are rude and money hungry. Bad business and I wouldn't recommend anyone at this establishment. Beware the worse. There comes a time where you should value you patients and not mistreat them. Never ever would I go back there even if I was paid too! Poor management as a whole!
