Dr. John Stritikus, a board certified pediatric dentist, has been in private practice since 1999.After graduating from Auburn University in 1993, Dr. John received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) andcompleted his pediatric residencyatthe University of Tennessee School of Dentistry.He is now proudly seeing 2nd generation patients as he treats the children of former patients.Dr. John regularly seekscontinuing education classes and recentlycompleted training through the Tongue Tie Academy, allowing him to now offer infant tongue-tie releases in our office.
Dr. Justin Robbins attended University of Tennessee-Memphis Dental School. He graduated from dental school in 1999. After graduating dental school, Dr. Justin practiced dentistry for 5 years in the United States Navy. Four of those years were spent in Yokosuka, Japan. Because of his enjoyment of children, Dr. Justin decided to specialize in pediatric dentistry after completing his assignment with the navy. He has completed his 2 year residency at Childrens Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. John Harrison completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi in 2008. Upon graduation, Dr. Harrison spent the following year in Peru teaching English and assisting in a medical clinic as an intern for Peru Mission. He then attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS and achieved his DMD degree in 2013. Dr. John Harrison joined our dental team in July 2015.
Our RDHs can perform all the duties of our RDAs. They are also licensed by the State of TN Board of Dentistry to remove hard deposits (calculus & tartar) and to administer local anesthesia. This license is awarded after the completion of a 4 year Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.
Our EFDAs all hold the same licensure and certifications as our RDAs. They are also licensed by the State of TN Board of Dentistry to place filling material after our doctors have performed treatment on the teeth.
Our RDAs are licensed with the State of TN Board of Dentistry to perform cleanings, take x-rays, administer and monitor nitrous oxide, and place sealants. Our RDAs also assist the doctors with all restorative procedures.
