Dr. Erik Dickerson graduated in 2014 from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He then completed his General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Bethlehem, and Allentown, PA. Erik was instructed on advanced surgical aspects of dentistry including implant placement, bone and tissue grafting, and sinus lifts.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, and the Tri County Dental Society. Dr. Eriks comprehensive approach to oral healthcare focuses on patients overall well being.
The oral cavity is the gateway to ones body, and can show how other systems of the body are responding and functioning. Our duty as oral healthcare providers is not only to make sure teeth are looking and performing well but also examining and monitoring other signs that may indicate aliments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and other systemic conditions.
We welcome Klaus, his German short haired pointer, to our dental family in 2019. In Erik's limited spare time you can find him hiking, skiing, running and cooking with his wife Rachel or escaping to remote spots in Vermont.
Dr. Gina Bae graduated in 2009 from Brown University with a B.A. Honors in Biology and received her doctorate in dental surgery (DDS) at New York University College of Dentistry. She also received a M.S. in Teaching from Fordham University.
Dr. Bae is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Tri County Dental Society. She focuses on comprehensive general dentistry including cosmetic procedures such as veneers, Icon resin infiltration, and is Invisalign certified. Her primary goal and focus is to provide high quality, gentle and efficient dental care delivered with the most up-to-date methods and techniques.
Dr. Rebecca Aminov graduated in 2014 from Queens College with a B.A. in Psychology and received her doctorate in 2018 from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She went on to pursue her passion in Orthodontics at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine for an additional 3 years of training as well as her Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology and Pathology.
As a Florida native, Dr. Patel completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. He then moved to the nations capital, Washington DC, to complete his dental education at Howard Universitys College of Dentistry. Here, he served as Student Council Vice President and was recognized for demonstrating strong traits in leadership, serving the underserved, demonstrating values of integrity, leadership, and service. He also received an award for demonstrating greatest commitment and interest in temporomandibular disorders and orofacial pain. After graduating in 2015, he furthered his knowledge and training at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, where he remained for the next five years to specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has received comprehensive training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, facial trauma, maxillofacial pathology, TMJ surgery, cosmetic surgery, and orthognathic surgery.
During his final year of training, Dr. Patel served as Chief Resident and was recognized as Resident of the Year. Dr. Patels current clinical practice is focused on dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, dental implantology, maxillofacial pathology, and TMJ treatment. In addition, during his training, Dr. Patel has authored several publications in various scientific journals, authored chapters in textbooks, and given presentations at meetings. He stays informed of the latest developments within the field by regularly attending conferences throughout the country.
Dr. Patel is certified by the State of New Jersey and New York to provide general anesthesia, allowing him to offer intravenous and inhalation sedation to provide patients with optimal comfort and care.
Dr. J. Cory Aceto graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and received her doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry. After dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at NYC Health+ Hospitals/Bellevue where she also served as Chief Resident.
Discovering a love of working with the youngest dental patients, Dr. Cory furthered her training at NYC Health+ Hospitals/Woodhull where she completed a two year specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and is board-eligible with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

I am originally from upstate NY (and when I say upstate, I mean really upstate as in The Thousand Islands region) which is right along the Canadian border. I try to visit upstate as much as I can, especially during the summer when I can go boating on the St Lawrence River. My new hubby and rescue pup Renny take most of my attention when not working or shopping at NJ retail stores.

I am the softly-outspoken, honest to a fault Accountant, with over 30 years of accounting experience with both large and small companies in the tri-state area. I left my NYC job after starting my family. In 2004 being miserable without my calculator by my side, I was added to the team working mornings and a few days each month in the summer times while being a full time Mom, and now an intricate part of Dickerson Dental Group.
NJ beach is my happy place. Being an ex-drummer back in the HS years, I love music and will admit I still like disco and Donna Summer. I am the crazy one you will hear singing and humming while I work. Board and card games, crafts and a book here and there are my free time fillers besides annoying my husband. I thrive on sunshine and chocolate while continuing to schedule special times with family and friends.
