They apparently have a rule here that if you miss your first appt then you can't get another. To a company that dosent understand that life happens or even informs of this way of going about things, I'd gladly put my money to a better place. Thanks for showing how spiteful you all can be before spending my money there.

I was nervous to go back to the dentist after a few previous experiences elsewhere. I knew I needed a lot of work done and I let reception know up front about my concerns. All of the staff were were kind, patient, and caring. My hygienist (Jade) was gentle, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. She taught me several things about oral hygiene I'd never heard before, all with out making me feel ashamed or scolded. I am also very pleased with Dr. Dickenson's work as well. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist any more and would even call my last cleaning pleasant.

I have spent countless hours at the dentist throughout my life. When I moved to Knoxville, I worried about finding a dentist that I could trust. Dr. Dickenson and his entire staff are both professional and personable. From the moment you walk into his office, you feel welcome. Additionally, I always leave pleased with the result and appreciative that my time was respected. I cannot recommend Dr. Dickenson enough!

The staff, Jordan, McKayla and Dr. Dickenson are wonderful! I was very afraid and had so much anxiety from previous experiences at different dentist! They were calm, patient and gentle with me! They are all great!

DD is TOPS. I drive clear across town (40 minutes) to get my dental work done even though I can practically walk to a dentist here in Farragut. First rate and first class professionals from the time you check in until you get your teeth cleaned and checked. A+
