Drew, who joined DiBona Dental in 2021, was born and raised in New Hampshire and currently lives in Concord with his husband and their dog, Neytiri. He joins the DiBona team after many years in team management where he specialized in improving efficiencies and customer experience. Drew is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University and plans to graduate in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration. He is an avid animal lover who loves to show off pictures of his dog and take long walks with her on local trails. If you dont see them together, hes probably off at the beach, working in his gardens or whipping up some baked goods in the kitchen. Drew is dedicated to improving the patient experience, as well as supporting and helping his team grow.

Karen is the office veteran. She has been our front desk patient coordinator since 1995. She always surprises other staff members with delicious cakes or pies on their birthday. Karen loves turtles! She and her two children have a Russian tortoise named Eragon.

Amy has been with the DiBona Dental Group since 2002. She graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA, where she grew up. Amy has one daughter who keeps her busy being a group leader for her Daisy Troop. Amy and her husband can often be found at the beach just down the street from their house.

Marion grew up in Germany where she started herdentalcareer in 1978. In 2001, she moved to the U.S. and currently lives in Maine with her husband and two sons.Marion's family back in Germany includes her daughter, her granddaughter(who is the light of her life) and her mother,and she frequently hops across the Atlantic to visit them. In 2008, Marion joined the team at the DiBona Dental Group. Outside the office, Marionenjoys cooking both German and American cuisine. Marion loves the beach no matter what season it is, and she is an avid reader and loves to hike the mountains of northern Maine.

Donna joined the DiBona Dental Group in 2020. Originally from Littleton, MA, she relocated to Exeter to be closer to her family. Donna knew early on what her career would be. During the 7th grade she was exposed to the world of dental hygiene during an after school program. She knew from then on what her career and passion would be Dental Hygiene! She graduated at the top of her class in 1991 from Middlesex Community College in Bedford MA and has her local anesthesia license from Quinsigamond Community College. She is known for administering gentle and pain free local anesthetic, so for anyone who struggles through cleanings, you may be able to be numb for your visit! Outside the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her sisters, her niece and little great niece and nephew. She loves Siamese cats, and is a mom to three of them (Teddy, Jake and Nick!). Donna is a big fan of the New England Patriots and Tom Brady. On weekends she can be found hiking in the White Mountains, as well as in her backyard, gardening.

Originally from Northern Maine, Jill decided to relocate to New Hampshire after college. She graduated from the University of New England with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene, and joined DiBona Dental in 2020. On top of her hygiene license, she is also licensed to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. When she is not working, Jill enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, snowboarding (often at Sunday River!), and baking desserts!

Beth, originally from North Reading, MA, joined the practice in 2020. She was a dental assistant for 12 years before moving into the administrative side of things. Beth lives in Fremont with her husband and two daughters. She loves to cook, camp, and be outdoors any chance she gets!

Kayla graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor 's degree in Community Education. She chose the dental field because she finds it fulfilling to be part of a great team that has a positive impact on people in the community. She and her husband enjoy their time together exploring New England and finding 'hidden gems' to visit. She also loves reading and researching genealogy.

Maggie is a Boston native, and has been living on the NH seacoast for the past 17 years with her husband and two daughters. A career in the dental field was in the cards for Maggie, as she was born with two teeth! Currently Maggie is working on her bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration on wellness and prevention at Granite State College. When not working, she can be found gardening, refinishing old furniture, jewelry making, going to the beach and exploring the beauty of NH with her family.

Kayla joined the practice in 2016, after completing her training at Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. She enjoys assisting surgeries, including endodontic microsurgerires as well as extractions and dental implants. She can often be found working with Dr. Pauk on many root canal procedures (she will help put you at ease, even if you are an anxious patient!) Outside the office she enjoys hiking with her dog, or spending the warmer weekends at the beach with her friends.

Steph completed her training at the Northeast Collaborative of Dental Assistant program. The thing she enjoys most about her profession is making apprehensive patients feel more comfortable during a procedure, which builds the patients' confidence and allows for comprehensive dental care. Steph's favorite food is chicken-whole, battered or grilled. She and her family enjoy the great NH outdoors as much as possible. She is expecting baby #2 this December!

Nina DiBona Pauk, R.D., L.D. is our staff dietitian. She received her bachelors degree in psychology from Brown University. She then attended Simmons College, where she completed the didactic program in dietetics. She then went on to complete an 11-month dietetic internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA, where she gained extensive practical knowledge in weight loss counseling and management of different disease states. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, waterskiing, downhill skiing, and spending time with her young son and husband (Dr. Pauk!). Nina's Integrative Nutritional Approach.
