I just moved to Connecticut and hasn't able get an appointment anywhere, they schedule me so fast, I'm also 8 months pregnant, Completely satisfied with the care they showed me. Worst dentist I ever been to this is my first time coming and my last time coming here hands down worst experience ever they have no idea what they are doing nor what they are talking about only reason I came here is cause I moved and I live to far to go to my old dentist very unprofessional

This lady right here kicked me out because I gagged 1 time when she stuck the needle in me for numbing (it was in my mouth for at least 10 seconds) and then after I asked her to take the needle out she asked "why" and I said because I'm gagging because its in my mouth for to long then she said "well I didn't put any novocaine In you there's no reason you should be gagging" so then why are you putting the needle in my mouth for 10 seconds ? Then she continues to kick me out after. Yes she lied and did put novocaine in me my whole right side of my mouth was numb sad and pathetic. No idc about her putting novocaine in me it's the fact that she kicked me out after she did it because I gagged and she thought I was gonna pass out but this lady doesn't understand that it's normal to gag when something unpleasant is in your mouth all around terrible experience from when I first went there not to long ago till now wasted my whole day of work.

Terrific! Dr. Echavarria is the first dentist I saw after I don't even want to say how many years and she was very comforting and explained in detail everything I needed to have done. She did everything perfectly! I wish I found her years ago! I highly recommend!!!

I'm new to the area so I needed a new dentist, went there because it was close by. 1st time Not great. Went a second time (as a second chance) Dr's always in a rush, and kind of rough when treating you, not so careful with dental tools, scratched my lip twice with tartar scraper, to the point of bleeding. Came up with 4 fillings and was still left with an open hole without filling, And still got a large bill even after double checking if everything was covered by my insurance. Rest of staff was ok. Very disappointed. Not going back.
