Diaz is a South Florida native. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Her major was Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. She always had an interest in science and knew she wanted to pursue a career in which she could help others through science. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. Stephanie is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Gold Coast Academy of General Dentistry and frequently attends continuing education courses to further her education and to provide her patients with the latest technology in dentistry. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Brandon and Ashlee.
Dental Hygienist Liina comes to us from Saaremaa, a small island off the coast of Estonia. She was an au pair when she arrived in the USA over 15 years ago. While growing up in Estonia, she did not receive any type of preventive dental care. She became interested in dentistry when she went to the dentist in the USA for the first time. She learned that through preventive care and good home care, people can actually keep healthy teeth for life and that losing teeth is not a normal part of aging.
Liina graduated from the Palm Beach County Community college of dental Hygiene in 2008 with the Academic Excellence Award for the highest GPA, the Golden Scaler Award for outstanding clinician and the Dental Hygiene Honor Society membership award. On September 12, 2011, she was sworn in as a US citizen. (Congratulations Liina!)
Liina was actually in another dental office waiting for an interview when she met Dr. Diaz supply rep. He told Liina that she should meet with Dr. Diaz. The next day, she dropped off her resume and the rest is history.
Received her Dental Assisting certification from Orlando Tech in 1996. She has made a career of dental assisting with the utmost professionalism, applying her skills with Dr. Diaz since 2012. Health and wellness are important to Rose, so dont be surprised if she steers the conversation in that direction. Rose has a special ability and loves helping patients feel calm & at ease with their dental treatment.
Hayley joined our Dental team in January of 2017 after moving from New York. She graduated from Nassau BOCES Technical Institute for Dental Assisting in 2014. She has since made a career in Dentistry transitioning from the clinical side to the administration. She is proficient in Dental insurance; treatment coordinating and takes pride in making each patient feel at ease when they come to the office. She decided to further her education by going back to school to earn a degree in Health Sciences. She is taking classes at Palm Beach State to meet her goals of becoming a Dental Hygienist. When she is not in the office, she is either studying, working out or traveling.
Allyson joined our dental team in August of 2020. She attended Broward College Dental Assisting program in 1995 and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She assisted in Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and General Dentistry. Allyson dreamed of being an Endodontist but decided to spend her quality time with her two children. She has since expanded her career path to Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator. Allyson enjoys comforting patients and easing their fear of Dentistry. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her kids, playing sports, and traveling.
Anika joined our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2020. She graduated Broward College with High Honors in 2019 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and Health Sciences. At our practice, Anika evaluates the oral health of our patients and educates them on ways that they can improve their oral hygiene. She enjoys getting to know our patients and seeing the progress they make. She is devoted to providing quality patient care and is quick to make patients feel at ease by building a great rapport with each patient. Her goal is to help each patient work toward maintaining an oral hygiene routine. Anika is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association where she continues to advance her knowledge. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
