Dr Slawinowski began her career in dentistry as a dental hygienist, graduating from Erie Community College in 1990. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo in 2001. While at SUNY at Buffalo, Dr. Slawinowski was honored with the Academy of General Dentistry Award, given to the senior student who has shown the greatest interest, knowledge, and proficiency in General Dentistry during Senior year. Dr. Slawinowski continued her studies and completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a Post Graduate Certificate in Esthetic Dentistry.
Truly devoted to her craft, Dr. Slawinowski loves creating new smiles for her patients and everything about general dentistry. She has dedicated her career in providing her patients with personalized and compassionate care. When she is not in the office or teaching, Dr. Slawinowski enjoys running, sewing, and spending time with her family.
Tamica is originally from NYC but is happy to call Buffalo her home. She has been in the dental field for over 16 years. Her knowledge and outgoing personality make her the perfect person to take care of our patients. Tamica loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Kumiko moved from Fukuoka, Japan to Buffalo in 2000. After completing the Dental Assisting Program at Erie Community College in 2011, Kumiko joined our team. In addition to chair side assisting, Kumiko is responsible for all of our clinical inventory , in office lab work and coordinating treatment with our numerous dental labs. Kumikos interests are baking, cooking and playing tennis.
Meggan is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Erie Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2010. Shejoined Dr. Slawinowski's practice in 2019 after her former employer retired. Meggan believes strongly in patient education and strives to provide her patients with exceptionalcare. Meggan enjoys traveling and playing the ukulele!
Brie began her career in dentistry in 2005 as a receptionist. She decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene and graduated from Erie Community College in 2010. After meeting Dr. Slawinowski in 2017, she finally joined the team two years later. When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her friends and family.

I have known Dr. Slawinowski for many years. She is very professional, competent in her field and the most important value between patient and doctor is the trust. The office is extremely clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They would do anything to accommodate you. For these patience that bounce around between dentists. It is a waste of time and money. Dr. Slawinowski will honestly diagnose you and find the right ttrstment for you. There are not many professionals now days that still take a pride of what they do. I highly recommend Dr. Slawinowski from personal experience.

Outstanding professional, caring and considerate with understanding the concerns a patient may have. Explains everything in a way the patient understands what is to be done and options of why for the patients best health care in mind. As usual, my appointment at Dr. Slawinowski's office was great. I was seen on time, had a super cleaning with Doreen followed by a thorough check up with Dr. Diane! Office staff are very pleasant, too! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I like many people had lapsed in keeping up with regular dental appointments during the pandemic. But setting up an appointment as a new patient was easy, staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, and my teeth are squeaky clean again. Definitely recommend.

I greatly appreciate Diane Slawinowski DDS. She fit me in that day when my own dentist was out for surgery and I was leaving for a trip. She effectively repaired a chipped tooth and delivered the service safely during COVID. I an totally happy with my experience.

I always have a great experience every time I visit Dr. Slawinowski's office. Diane and her staff are always pleasant and competent. I recently went in for a routine cleaning and Meggan did a great job. I would recommend Dr. Slawinowski to anybody!
