Dr. Milberg is passionate about her profession. While working to provide her patients with beautiful smiles and excellent bites, she also develops positive and personal relationships with them. She treats each patient as an individual and is often called their second mom.
Beginning with the first visit to her practice, Dr. Milberg strives to establish open lines of communication to understand her patients goals. She strives to educate patients and enlist their cooperation to achieve an excellent orthodontic result. She also works to keep each person excited about developing their new smile.
Dr. Milberg loves working with patients of all ages. Whether shes watching children grow and mature into confident young adults, or helping an adult gain the smile theyve dreamed about for years, she finds personal reward in helping others. She also greatly enjoys the friendships that develop with her patients, which often extend beyond the office. In fact, she frequently attends patients recitals and games!
Dr. Milberg has been a speaker at the American Association of Orthodontists annual meetings for many years. In her lectures, she discusses the importance of spending time to know her patients, treating them with respect, and guiding them to orthodontic success. She also explains the importance of active listening, empathy, and compassion at each orthodontic visit.
