I am a graduate of Prairie State College and have been practicing dental hygiene since 1998. I provide our patients with preventative care, treatment of periodontal disease, radiographs, and other duties.It is always a pleasure to come to Dr. Diane Garrisons office and work with a friendly staff. I enjoy spending time with my husband, who is a Chicago Fireman and our two sons.
As the Administrative Assistant, I am the office manager, treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator, and other behind the scene duties. I have worked with Dr. Diane Garrisonfor over 15 years and have had the pleasure of getting to know many patients. It is important to me that our patients feel like part of the family and that we are providing excellent dental care.
My name is Elaine, I am the newest member of Dr. Garrison's team. I have a been a dental assistant since 2002 and I am certified to place Sealants and Polish your teeth. Dr. Garrison and her staff iare outstanding! She takes the time to thoroughly explain her assessment of my dental care needs and makes sure I understand the procedures to be done. Her staff is very professional and also very kind and encouraging.. I'm grateful that her office is within walking distance from my residence although I'd gladly travel further to receive her care.

Dr. Garrison and her team have always taken care of me and my family very well! Most recently, though, I had an 'above and beyond' experience. My retainers had broken and I needed a new set to wear at night. I had been without them for about 2 weeks, and once they arrived there was no time slot available for me to pick them up. Char definitely realized what it would mean to drop them off at my home, but also how important it was for me to get these retainers to maintain my teeth's health. I found a lot of value in this and had to share this with everyone.

This is a great dentist. I retired from the Army where you saw a dental technician once a year, not a dentist, those visits were only for emergencies. My teeth were not in great shape when I arrived at my new dentist. They were so bad, I had to have two cleanings on two separate days and work needed to be done; filings falling out, fillings chipped or cracked, teeth that needed filling, and a cavity. Diane Garrison and her staff were patient, understanding, talked me through everything, and made me absolutely comfortable with seeing a dentist twice a year. Her staff and her kindness makes this place incredible.

Dr Garrison has been our dentist for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about her and the entire staff. Char is always very helpful and friendly, and Dr Garrison is very knowledgeable and professional. They always make sure you are comfortable and I always feel at ease going there even with all my dental anxieties.

Well we had mixed reviews. The manager made mistakes several times most recently she miscalculated our appointments for cleaning. We are allowed 2 cleanings during a 12 month period. She scheduled the cleaning too early and both our cleanings were not covered and the insurance would have paid 100%. It paid 0,costing us $257. This happened twice to us. We tried to speak to the dentist but the manager would never pass the message on and we retired and moved out of state so have never been able to express our grievance. My wife had a filling done 4 years ago and the tooth turned dark shortly after. Nothing was said for a few years and at the 2 more recent visits she was told something is wrong with that tooth and you need to see a specialist for a root canal. FF to today the nerve of the tooth was killed because of the filling. Now she needs a root canal and crown.

I've been a patient of Dr. Garrison's for years and have had everything from routine cleanings to major work done on my teeth. She is without a doubt an outstanding dentist. She also has the best staff around, especially Char!

Excellent dentist! Dr Garrison is always very thorough and caring. My daughter is always anxious before her appointment and Dr Garrison is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make me and my kids feel comfortable. We love her!

Everyone that works in this office is very friendly and professional. I first came in after not having dental insurance for a while, and it had been years since my last dentist visit, and they did a consultation visit to see what needed to be done. They made what is normally an unpleasant experience (cavities and crowns) quick and painless.
