Dr. Iris Tinloy attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, where she received a B.S. in Biological Sciences. She then attended the University of the Pacifics Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Tinloy continued her education by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the Community Medical Center in Fresno.

Dr. Tinloy returned to San Jose, to practice dentistry in the area where she grew up. Although she liked general dentistry, she realized that treating children was the most rewarding aspect of dentistry. After being a general dentist for three years, Dr. Tinloy decided to advance her education by specializing in pediatric dentistry. That way, she could do what she loved every day. Dr. Tinloy then completed her Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York.

Dr. Tinloy understands that every child is an individual and her goal is for every child to have a wonderful dental experience. In doing so, she hopes to establish a life-long relationship of trust and confidence with parents and their children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, baking, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and son. Dr. Tinloy is also a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and excited to be part of Dr. Diana Reyes team.

As a pediatrician, I'm often asked for a pediatric dental recommendations, and it's been my privilege to advocate for Dr. Diana Reyes. Not only is she a respected professional colleague, she is also the only dentist my two daughters have ever known. Anxiety, fear and stubbornness in young children going to the dentist is common as we know, and as a parent I am not immune to this challenge. Yet, I find myself surprised, pleased and grateful after every appointment we have had here. The children always do better than I expect (even the stubborn little one), and take it from a pediatrician -- that's not due to luck, it's the result of skill and attention from the entire staff. I enjoy recommending Dr. Diana Reyes in the office, so I decided to do it here as well.

All my three kids see Dr. Reyes and enjoy going to the office. She has a wonderful gentle demeanor and we have been able to count on Dr. Reyes during a couple of emergencies where the kids had mouth injuries. My youngest even asks when he can go back, as he missed Dr. Reyes and Dr. Tinloy during the SIP. So glad the office has reopened!

ATTENTION SPECIAL NEEDS PARENTS! This is the ONLY office( I tried many in the Bay area) that can help my son. He complys with such calmness. My son has Autism and Adhd. He took x-rays and cleaned his teeth with no problem. I was so ecstatic and impressed by Dr. Reyes and her staff. From beginning :Esther at the front desk , right away starts with a warm greetings to help my child's comfort level. Then, her RDA is the same: soft tone and manner. Dr. Reyes is so skilled in speaking and movement, and her tactic is very superb in showing my child and explaining her next moves according to his level. I just appreciate their kindness and patience. I love this office. All around a very positive vibe of energy. I am happy to be back.

My sons have been with Dr Reyes for many years and I am so thankful we found her. She is so gentle, skilled, knowledgeable and kind. Her office is clean and very kid friendly. She has a very personal and kind demeanor. We absolutely love her. My son had a tooth extracted and bonding, my son was 5 years old at that time and she was so gentle that my son didn't cry once.

Worst Doctor office ever seen in US. They checked my insurance, told me this visit would be covered 100% by my insurance. After visit, the front desk staff even presented a paperwork showing I don't need to pay anything, AND asked me to sign. After one month, received an bill for $8. Called them, the lady who answered the phone was so rude. "Whatever paperwork you signed in the office does not mean anything. You must pay this $8, coz your insurance did not pay the bill in full...blabla....". Checked with my insurance. This Doctor office sent an bill for $245. My insurance paid $237, coz my insurance company thinks 237 is a reasonable amount. So funny, a doctor is short of eight dollars..... Worst experience ever.
