Terrible customer service they change your appointment and can't tell you why. Then when you call them they say they will call you back and never do. Then hang up on you when you are telling them what is going on.

Extremely happy with the entire staff and new patient experience. Would highly recommend. Dr. Nicole Rahming and her assistants, hygienist, reception staff, have been friendly, down to earth, no judgement, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, honest and willing to work with you and really listen to your questions, concerns, needs. They are located at Highway 41 N and E Boonville New Harmony Road right in front of Schnuck's Darmstadt location. Dr. Stone, Kendall and Haley will be more than happy to help you anyway they can. I give 1 Million Stars!

Dr. Stone was absolutely amazing. Best dental experience I've had since I was a little kid. He actually explained what was going on with my teeth, explained pros and cons, and asked me how I would like to proceed; rather than just telling me what was gonna happen and ask for money like other dentists. Any negative reviews you see, in my opinion they are from people who did not care for their teeth in the first place and are angry with their inability to care for their teeth.

I appreciated that Heather did get the stain off my teeth this time. The last time, in March, I was very surprised that when I looked at my teeth after my appointment, there was stain that my previous hygienist always removed. Also, my previous hygienist, who I had to leave because my insurance changed, never blamed my crooked, crowded, bottom teeth as why she couldn't get the stain off. She just cleaned my teeth.
