About: Dr. Luna is a national and international speaker and has been honored with a Fellowship Award by the Academy of General Dentistry and was also included in the Consumers Research Council of Americas Guide to Americas Top Dentists. Dr. Luna has been interviewed several times on television, radio stations and with local newspapers. He has had the honor of having his dentistry published in brochures and dental laboratory magazines across the country.
Dr. Luna is a member of the Birmingham District Dental Society, the Alabama Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is the past state chairman for the Council on the New Dentist, whose mission is to help a dental student, or new dentist, with the transition into the profession of dentistry.
Dr. Luna enjoys mentoring young dentists and teaching the importance of treating patients as family while providing high-end dentistry. He has been the featured speaker for many dental speaking events and teaches hands-on high-end cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth restoration, and helps with complicated TMJ cases to assist other dental colleagues. Dr. Luna speaks at seminars varying from dental schools to events associated with the American Dental Association. For fun, Dr. Luna enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and more. He is very involved with his church and leads many small groups throughout the year, including prison ministry. His favorite thing to do is to travel and spend as much time as possible with his wife and three children.
Dr. Courtney Ringrose is a general dentist in our Hoover office. She strives to provide the highest quality comprehensive dental care to her community through a variety of treatment options and patient education.
Always Learning She is excited to be part of a motivated company and team who helps her to continue learning. Particularly, in continuing education involving the placement and restoration of implants, combined with advancing technology.
Advanced Education After dental school, she continued her education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she completed a General Practice Residency. During her time in Little Rock, Dr. Michelle received advanced training in many areas of general dentistry including endodontics, implantology, treating medically compromised patients, and pediatric dentistry.

I went to Diamond Smiles this morning and saw Dr. Edgar Luna for sudden, intense tooth pain. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years due to a bad experience in the past. Dr. Luna and all of the staff at the clinic were exceptionally warm and friendly, and only hours after leaving the clinic my tooth feels almost completely better. If all dentists were like Dr. Luna I would have never developed a dentist phobia! Not only that, they were very affordability priced. I will not be going to any other dentist, what a great experience.

Everyone is always extremely kind. I had a lot of work done back in Oct & Nov of 21. Since then I had a lot of lingering pain and had to have a few bite adjustments done. However, Dr. Ringrose is more than patient with me. Although I felt like I was being a bit of a pain she ensured me that my comfort is what is more important. I was extremely nervous going back in but she took the time to listen to my issues and made sure I left as comfortable as possible. Although I initially was thinking about going elsewhere she made me want to continue to go back. Again all staff is always so kind and truly welcoming.

I've had way to much experience in the chair waiting for the shot'SSS needed to have my bridge worked on, but Dr. Luna has obviously made patient comfort a cornerstone of the experience at Diamond Smiles because I don't worry about that anymore. Everyone is super friendly and professional, but most importantly I barely feel the pain of the needle if at all. I will never go anywhere else again whether it be a simple cleaning by my personal favorite Dental hygienist Holly or like yesterday when I had my whole smile fixed 6 teeth right in the front and I've gotten nothing but compliments even from people who don't know about my teeth. So in conclusion if you're like me and you ENJOY spending money where people care about quality of patient care (PUT THAT MONEY WHERE YOUR IDEALS ARE) then look no further I know I won't.

Caveat! I'm a retired Air Force Officer w/ a lot of quality assurance experience. I'm obsessively detailed & critical. With that said, I'll begin my review. I LOVE DR. LUNA! He's why I keep going back; 4 yrs now. He's a good Christian man, infectious smile/attitude, does excellent work and is very thorough; best dentist I've ever had. All staff: very nice. Ofc staff are knowledgeable and their expertise is refreshing in today's time (most places are like pre-programed robots; clueless). When you arrive, Erica's voice will instantly warm your heart. Waiting room is gorgeous and always has baked cookies & a good selection of Keurig coffee. But you won't be able to enjoy that when you get there cause wait times are 1 min or less; excellent & unheard of. Just grab them on your way out. Dental rooms are high quality & really nice. Only 1 improvement. Cleanings are done in abt half the time that I'm used to, so I hope they're as thorough. Maybe they're just that good. Brian Bartram

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and for the first time ever I feel comfortable and at ease walking into the dentist. Dr Jordan and his staff are VERY thorough and give AMAZING care! I highly recommend them and am extremely grateful I found them!!

I had what I call a "Jesus moment" when a song came on while relaxing back the dental chair during my cleaning, that truly ministered to my spirit and I felt at peace and comfort!! Yes, in the dentist office listening to that wonderful music... who believes!!! But it is true. Thank you Dr. Luna for being a light that shines as well as a great dentist!!!
