She believes in oral health education and prevention. She wants patients to be proud of their smiles and able to eat; she has extensive knowledge of dental procedures. She keeps her education updated with the appropriate dental/medical continuing education. Dr. Lopez understands that while other practices provide general dental care, it is hard to find a practice that provides both quality dentistry and that cares for their patients. She loves being a dentist; she wanted to be a dentist since she was 11 years old!
Carol has been in dentistry since 1969. Before becoming a dental hygienist, in 1979, she was a chairside dental assistant for 10 years. She received her dental hygiene education from Phoenix College School of Dental Hygiene, in Phoenix, Arizona. Carol has worked at Diamond M Dental since 1999 and is on the advisory board for the dental assistant program at Gila Pueblo College, in Globe. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
Moving from Detroit, Michigan as a child, Carol was raised in Scottsdale; long enough ago that she says she 's an 'Arizona kid.' She loves hearing the birds in the morning and seeing the stars at night...and monsoon season!
Mary has been working in dentistry 34 years. After 9 years as a dental assistant, Mary decided to further her career in dentistry by attending Northern Arizona University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. The last 10 years of her 25 years' experience as a dental hygienist has been here with us at Diamond M Dental!
Mary has lived in Miami/Globe area all her life; she is graduate of Miami High School. She and her husband, of 46 years, still enjoy the small town atmosphere of Miami and Globe. When not working, Mary enjoys gardening, reading and traveling.
Petra is our office manager and is very knowledgeable in all phases of dentistry. She is an excellent chairside assistant and very skilled with lab work. Her experience with dental procedures and dental insurance help keep our office running! Petra has been an important part of Diamond M Dental since 2007. She loves working at Diamond M Dental and caring for our patients.
Berenise is our lead dental assistant and has been working with Diamond M Dental since 2013. She completed the dental assisting program at Carrington College, in Mesa, and is an outstanding team member using both her chairside and front desk skills! She is very familiar with dental procedures as well as lab techniques. Berenise is bilingual.
Vivianna is our chairside dental assistant. She started working with us in 2017 and is great asset to Diamond M Dental! She has a positive attitude and a great smile! Vivianna attended the dental assistant program at Carrington College and her previous experience includes orthodontics. Her future plans include going back to school to become a dental hygienist.
