Horrible dental office to say the least. I called the office to see if they do silver crowns on teeth and they said that they did. When I got there the dentist said before I get a crown I needed to get a cleaning. They claimed that I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover the specific cleaning they were going to perform. Long story short they lied to me and when I called my insurance my insurance told me that this dental office not only made me pay out of pocket, but also sent claims to them that they did the cleaning as well. To make things worse they said that they don't do silver crowns when they claimed to do it when I called them in the first place. These people are theives and liar, I won't recommend them to anyone.

Went in today for first visit Very nice staff. Not a long wait time. Karen took my x-rays and helped explain everything overall treated me well and made me feel comfortable. Recommended this office

BE AWARE - This used to be Dr. Gregory C. Skinner office and he was a wonderful dentist. The new people that bought the clinic kept the same office name and phone number. They are terrible! I had to wait two hours for the dentist to arrive. She saw me for 3 minutes and they wanted $92.00 out of pocket when I had never had to pay before. I never got my teeth cleaning. After talking to my insurance they had taken 6 extra x-rays that I wasn't aware of, and also wanted to do a deep cleaning that I did not need.

I had dentures made 2 times and I can't wear my bottom plate at all and the top plate is really loose. The lab they use really sucis Lily socks. I hate my teeth.

I went to this office in July 2020 and told them I needed a new bridge because my partial had broken. I informed them I would pay for it because I was sure it wasn't cover by my insurance. After the very rude dentist came in and kept cutting me off I spoke to their receptionists who said oh we can submit a referral it's covered no problem. It is now nearing the end of November 2020 and I still have no new bridge and every time I call they tell me that they will check and call back. They never call me back I have to call then they say they have to resubmit because the insurance states they never got it from what I've been told I would say according to them they have submitted it 30 times. Still no response and absolutely horrible.

Ok place but I'd look around for better deals. I wasn't to impressed with the place. They cared more about money than getting your teeth fixed.

I love Dr. SKinner's office! The staff is very friendly and the hygienist is excellent ! . I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything they just do a great job. Dr Skinner has always taken very good care of myself, my husband and our five children Natalie and Steve LeBaron
