Dr. Zin Kohan graduated dental school from the prestigious University of Southern California Ostrow School of Dentistry. He started his college education at the University of California Los Angeles, majoring in Psychology. After pursuing his degree in Psychology, he loved the medical field so much that he decided to continue his education in the field of dentistry. After four amazing years at USC, Dr. Zin went on to work as an associate dentist, while being mentored alongside some of the most renowned dentists in Los Angeles, CA
Dr. Zin excels in all phases of dentistry, but his personal passion lies in the cosmetic branch. This allows him to see how deeply dentistry can affect a persons self-confidence, outlook on life, and even relationships. He has always taken a very eco-friendly approach to his craft by creating a metal-free atmosphere in his practice. After years of education and experience, Dr. Zin decided to dedicate his talent, passion and care, to the warm and loving people of Southern California (where he was also raised!). It is here, in the San Fernando Valley, that he has connected to so many amazing people. He is blessed with loving parents and two siblings. He has two adorable rescue dogs, Charlie and Teddyand they are more high-maintenance than most humans!
Dr. Zin is also an avid sports fan, and his favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers. He spends much of his free time with family and friends, whether for a delicious meal, or simply to play a game of cards. Dr. Zins goal is for his practice to be a place where the relationship between him and his patients feel more like friendships that will grow stronger each year. Dr. Zin is proudly showcasing all of his capabilities in his new green-friendly, modern dental office at Diamond Dental Spa of Woodland Hills, where he and his team are excited to treat the offices existing and new patients.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zin and I want to share my experience here. I want to recommend this office from the following aspects: Quality of service and very fair prices, friendly staff and finally a very nice office environment. Dr. Zin did my dental crown as well as my teeth cleaning in a very professional way. About my crown, after about 6 months I'm pretty satisfied with it and have zero problem with it. The amazing part about my dental crown was the fact that the lab was in the office and Dr. Zin designed, made and installed it all in one session. As far as I can remember, I just needed to wait for about 45 min for making them in the office which was really good. My cleaning was also done in a very professional manner. Their pricing was also really fair, plus the fact that they have a membership plan which is very helpful. Particularly if you have a crown or two, the membership plan will definitely save you even more money so never forget about it. About the friendly staff I need to say Tila and Daniella were so nice and kind and Dr. Zin was the best of them. Daniella was also very creative with the decoration of the office in a way that you enjoy your time while waiting for your turn. I want to thank Dr. Zin team for providing me such a great experience.

I booked a free consultation for invisalign and was immediately greeted by Daniella. The space is very clean and aesthetic. Tila did my invisalign scan and xrays, she was so friendly and gentle. Dr. Zin was very thorogh, informative, and most importantly, kind. He offered to do a cleaning and replace my filling the same day; I scheduled an appointment to come back the next day because I had to go back to work. The cleaning and filling was done less than 45 minutes and I felt absolutely nothing. I usually get anxiety with dentists because of past traumatic experiences, but he told me to raise my left hand if I was uncomfortable at any point and I never needed to. This was the most luxurious dental experience I've ever had, it felt more like I was getting a beauty service done more than a dental service. This is the best dentist and dental experience I've ever had in life, I truly recommend coming to see Dr. Zin, Tila and Daniella. They are really wonderful people with a wonderful space and experience to match.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful! Cleaning was very quick and efficient and they did a great job matching the newly bonded part of my tooth to the natural color of my teeth. Will definitely be back!

Just got teeth whitening and a cleaning at diamond dental spa. They give you headphones, blankets if you're cold and a neck pillow. I felt like I was at a spa the whole time. Best part was no sensitivity!

I am that super nervous patient who has extremely sensitive teeth and gums and very bad experiences from the past. Needless to say, I came super nervous! I can happily report that this was probably the best dental experience of my life! Dr. Zin and his entire team are so patient and gentle and kind and explain everything so clearly. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I absolutely love Dr. Zin, Daniela and the rest of his staff. He truly pays attention to detail and makes sure to answer any questions you might have. I had teeth whiting and veneers. I have very sensitive teeth and have always stayed away from teeth whiting, however the products he uses gave me great results with no pain or sensitivity. I walked out with a wonderful smile. Can't wait for the final results.

I went here for a second opinion on a tooth I was told by another dentist could not be saved. I was told I needed to have an extraction, bone grafting and an implant put in all for a discounted price of $6,000. Dr. Zin was able to save my tooth, and put in a crown. What was great was that he also had the technology to make the crown right there and then in his office and I was able to walk out with my new crown that same day! My experience with other dentists has been that you walk away with a temporary tooth while they send impressions out to a lab and have the tooth made. That wasn't the case here. Dr. Zin was very informative, the entire way through. He was extremely down to earth and personable, and his staff was super friendly and helpful as well. They accommodating in every way including a same day appointment which was a lifesaver. Strange as it may be, I really enjoyed my visit to this dentist and will be going back here again. Thank you Dr. Zin and team!

I found Diamond Dental as I was researching for a new dentist. After an extensive Yelp and Google search, I went with Diamond Dental because of great reviews. As you all know, any Dr's visits aren't something we look forward to, especially a dental cleaning. Dr. Zin and his staff are very nice, understanding and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. They use top notch equipment and maintain the office spotless. Very affordable if paying OOP as well. If you're looking for a dentist that actually cares and is gentle, Dr. Zin it is!

The best Dental Spa ever! I have been to several dentist including beverly hills, downtown LA, Monterey Park. Hands down the best experience I've had. I came here for a deep cleaning, and Invisalign trays. I want to start off with the staff, they are amazing! Daniela and everyone are just extremely attentive, every visit I feel like I'm a VIP client. The doctor; Dr. Zin is very friendly, professional and truly takes his time to hear you out and answer every question you have. I have a very tight schedule at work and he was willing to wait for me until 6pm. Before every procedure he has menu, he asks you if you would like anything from this menu. Blanket, pillow, chapstick etc. Only a dedicated doctor that loves his job is willing to go above and beyond. The location; state of the art equipment the best of the best. The location is very clean! and they welcome you with refreshments. The whole vibe of this office is just amazing! not to mention in the procedure room you have this amazing view, and relaxing music. Diamond Dental Spa was a spare of the moment decision that I am so grateful I went through with. The office is beautiful and clean. After 4 years of avoiding Dental care in the office due to an emotional breakdown, a spouse passing, and an addiction. I now have a plan to move forward, thanks to Daniella and her thorough and quick accomodation, and Dr Zin Kohans positive attitude and thorough exam, I now have a Dental plan going forward. Very professional and an overall motivating experience today, and going forward I look forward to my upcoming and followup appointments.
