I would give zero stars if I could. When I went here, they did X-rays and told me I had two cavities and tried to push me to get them filled. I asked them to show me on the X-rays where the cavities were and they told me that you couldn't see them on the X-rays. They pushed me to get the cavities filled and continued calling me to try to get me to make an appointment to do so. In the mean time, I went to go get two second opinions. Both of the alternate dentists confirmed that I had zero cavities. Don't trust this place. They will literally try to fill fake cavities to make more money.

I have been very pleased with the results of the dental work I had done. Dr. Lombardo explained all my options and told me the costs for all the options. Dr. Lombardo is very good at her skill. I recommend this practice all the time.

Very high pressure sales style. They told me I had four cavities. The next dentist I saw said that I did not have any. They tried to sell me a bunch unnecessary dental work.

I was looking for a female dentist in Lake Zurich, so I decided to Google it, I read about many other dentist's in the area and decided to go to Diamond Dental Service! Everyone was friendly there offering water bottles or coffee while waiting. Anabel (Hygienist) was so nice and informative as well as Alma Lombardo, DDS, she has a beautiful office with all the latest technology and equipment ,I was very impressed with everything including the staff! Thank u for making my appointment a little easier!

I have been going to Diamond Dental for about 2 years now. I am very impressed with everything about the office from the incredibly professional staff to the top of the line, state of the art equipment they utilize. Dr. Lombardo is fantastic and today I had a cleaning from Anabel. It was without a doubt the best and most comfortable cleaning experience I've ever had in my life. If you're in the market for a new dentist, you can stop looking. Go see Dr. Lombardo and her team at Diamond Dental in Lake Zurich for a great experience. 2/15/2021 - I was back to Diamond Dental for my 6 month check up yesterday. What can I say? Another great experience with Dr. Lombardo and her team. Anabel did another painless cleaning all while avoiding aggravation of a massive tortilla chip injury and pizza cheese burns on the top of my mouth. I was a bit of a mess when I got there yesterday. Dr. Lombardo was awesome as always in checking out my teeth and noting things for me to watch out for or pay special attention to. The young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly as always. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to have a great dental team!!! 9/3/2021 - Back for my 6 month checkup on 8/26. Had the usual great experience with my cleaning and review. Anabel and Dr. Lombardo couldn't be a better team for me to have managing my dental care. They are truly a dynamic duo. 2/13/2022 - Had another 6 month checkup and ran into a few gum issues this time. Dr. Lombardo and Anabel assessed the issue and immediately came up with a plan of attack. I will go back in a month to recheck and make sure things are cleared up. They are simply the best. 9/8/2022 - Had to have a couple of fillings which fortunately is a rarity for me. Dr. Lombardo and Lori did the procedure and I must say it was awesome to watch them work like a finely tuned instrument. I really wish I could have seen what was going on in my mouth because it was a lot! Anyhow, it was totally painless and today my teeth are feeling perfectly fine. Thank you to Dr. Lombardo and Lori for the great (albeit undesireable) experience! 9/10/2022 - I forgot to mention that 2 days before I got my fillings I had my 6-month cleaning with Anabel. I can't say enough about what a great and pain free experience she provides. She will undoubtedly be a first ballot entrant into the Dental Hygienist Hall of Fame when she retires many years from now.

I hate the dentist as most of us do. Dr Lomardo was absolutely amazing!! I had not seen her before today but I broke a molar down the middle to the gum. It hurt! She was able to get me in as her last patient today to make sure I was not suffering all weekend. That right there won my heart. Told me she has a real interest in helping people. I do not have dental insurance but they have created their own in-house kind of insurance which offers some great deals and what I though to be very good pricing. She took a look at my entire mouth, not just the problem tooth and we talked a bit about some follow up work that needs to be done. They numbed my cheek then injected the novacaine . What a nice surprise that was. The tooth was so badly broken she thought it would have to come out in 2 pieces but she was able to get it in one piece. Did my bone graph to prep me for an implant a little bit down the road, stitched me up and sent home. I have had teeth pulled before and I can always feel it. This time...... nothing! I didn't feel anything at all. It was wonderful. I highly recommend Diamond Dental. Especially if you're a chicken, like me! Strangely, I'm excited to go back and start working on bringing my once big bright smile back

after 20 years from seeing a dentist, I finally had to get my teeth reviewed. I told Dr. Lombardo and her staff I was very anxious after such a long time. She examined me, gave her recomendation, and proceeded to treat me. she explained every process, and made me as comfortable as possible. her assistants were also efficient and comforting. I reccomend Dr. Lombardo and her staff for any dental work required. they also worked close with my dental insurance to make the payment process smooth.

Dr. Lombardo is very competent, compassionate and skilled. It would be a bonus if you would stop giving things away in raffles and just reduce the cost of your services. It would also be great if I didn't feel like I was being upsold services.

I was not very happy with my last visit. My cleaning and x-rays were very expensive and billed twice the cost of an average charge. The office personnel were nice and friendly, however they were hard selling their own private dental insurance and the doctor spent little time addressing my issues. I will not be returning.

Welcoming, cheerful, caring. Professional staff are very thorough and informative. The latest technology is significantly better than my previous dentist. Dr. Lombardo's team identified one existing problem and other potential problems that my previous dentist had not found. I'm extremely pleased.
