Update 2/2022: I have been seeing Dr. Kaur for over 2 years now. I am very pleased with her and the services performed on me. She has personally been doing my periodontal cleanings. I am not sure if this is due to staffing challenges (everyone is facing this since C-19) or by choice. Either way, she has accommodated my preference to not use the electrical pick as I have sensitivity on certain areas. She is very pleasant and professional. My husband is now her patient as well and he is very happy with her practice. I have not experienced any long waits since my negative experience over 2 years ago. I switched to her Medlock Bridge location. Previous review - I was happy to find a new dental practice that I liked. The staff is friendly and professional but today they had me waiting 50 mins past my scheduled appointment. Unacceptable.

After yesterday's visit I wish I could give Dr. Kaur and Diamond Dental ZERO stars. When I started going there 3 years ago there were different dental hygienist and assistants that performed the cleanings and x-rays. None are there any more. Yesterday was the first time ever in my life no matter what dentist I went to that I felt so much pain and tasted so much blood during a routine teeth cleaning. Dr. Kaur did the cleaning herself and it was a horrible experience. I wondered if that we her first time doing a cleaning. Not only was it painful and bloody but I had water running out of my mouth and down my chin throughout the procedure that I had to keep wiping my face. Her assistant seems to be very inexperienced which I noticed from the time I was there before. She seemed very clumsy and unsure of what she was doing. If my memory is correct she used to be the receptionist. Based on the treatment plan that was suggested 3 months ago versus the one that was suggested yesterday (which is over $3,000 out of my pocket) it has become less about the needs and comfort of the patient and more about more money for the doctor and practice. This is just part of it. Dental work is uncomfortable in and of itself but I have had better service at this practice and others. Yesterday just ended it for me. I just did not get the same feeling from being there that I had been getting before the last two visits. Something is off and I will not be going back again.

Overcharged out of pocket, services rendered receipt did not add up with insurance claim filed. Was given a treatment plan where some treatments weren't even checked through insurance. Also, given a braces/invisalign quote in hand without even checking my insurance to see that a portion was covered, and then when questioned, told that they would have to look at my plan. How do you give a treatment fee plan without checking insurance!!!!? Insurance could not explain why some charges were unjustified or my receipts did not match claims, whether out of pocket or covered, partially covered. Not sure if Dr. Kaur, knows what's going on, but I have filed a claim and am disputing. Crown still needs to be sealed permanently, but will seek services elsewhere. Not sure if I am the only one that this happened too, but never again.

Dr Kaur and the whole staff are so friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist has always been a struggle because of my anxiety, but since I met dr Kaur 2 years ago, I wouldn' t go anywhere else! I am actually having a lot of fun. The atmoshpere is relaxing and fun ,you are always welcome with smiles and kindness, you are asked what music you want to listen to during your procedure, I have never felt pain or discomfort whether it was for my wisdome tooth extraction, crown and implant procedures. I have got a lot of work done, and I am sooo grateful and happy! I would recommend this office to ANYONE!

My tooth was hurting so bad and I went to the first Dentist office that came up which was Diamond Dental, and let me say I made the best decision of my life! Ms. Lauren made me feel comfortable and at home! My hygienist, was very nice and Dr.Jiwani made sure that I was not in pain when he pulled my teeth. They work fast and efficiently and get the job done right! I feel so much better and will tell anybody to go get your dental work done by them! Great Staff!!!

Diamond Dental is amazing. Had my teeth whitened and the results were great. I also had my wisdom teeth removed and the healing process was great. The doctor even followed up the next day to ensure that everything was going well

Pleaseeee don't go to this place if you wana be treated like a human. They made me wait for 50 mins and they attended the person who came after but not me. I finally left after ruining my afternoon. I had stopped going to this place for a reason one year back but I thought I'd give it a try because it's near my house. The doctor is rude and the front office lady was trying to insult me by making highly rude comments. Please don't go here, the hygienist keeps changing more often than weather. Thanks

I came to Diamond Dental from a referral and haven't left. It's been about 2 maybe 3 years since my first visit and I love it. I am the patient who ask lots of question about everything including payment. Ms. Laura is always willing answer any and every question I have even if it requires a phone after my visit. Dr. Kaur is amazing, very reassuring, knowledgeable, and confident in her work. The hygienist staff is amazing and I have favorites but I won't say. You'll have to visit that find out for yourself who you prefer. Ultimately I would recommend family and friends.

The most amazing dentist experience I've had in my life! The office is clean and inviting making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in! Ms. Laura is so pleasant and attentive, offering a smile and water with some fun convo thrown in. Ms. Ketsia was equally as pleasant and made the uncomfortable xray process as painless as possible. Ms. Diana was so patient with me and as sweet as she could be. She explained everything in layman's terms so you don't have to attend dental school to know exactly what's going on. She also was beyond gentle and that's rare as I usually leave the dentist not wanting to smile because my mouth is irritated but not at Diamond! Dr. Haycock was just as nice as the rest of the staff and everyone's smiles were genuine. They are professional, mindful, and an all around great group! This will be my forever dentist and they really live up to their name. Thank you all so much! #MyNewFriends

I saw Dr. Kaur today for the first time and this office was by far the best! The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Diana was absolutely amazing and did the best cleaning job! Dr. Kaur was so sweet and not pushy at all. Her and Diana were very personable which I feel is just as important. I've now convinced my fiance to come here instead. :)

I decided to come here after looking at the reviews. The employees are very friendly. I initially went in for my yearly cleaning but they told me I had cavities and told me it wouldn't take long to remove them so I did it the same day. The admin came in the room, showed me the bill and told me to pay and charged my card. My teeth were numb from the anesthesia so I couldn't tell if the bite was correct after few hours I realized it wasn't so I called them and told them it wasn't and they told me to come back in a few days since they were booked. I had to go back SEVERAL times so they could fix my bite. I've never had this happen to me before! Still to this date it hurts when I eat something like chips and the Dr Jiwani and Dr Kaur told me there's nothing wrong yet my teeth hurt and I didn't have this problem before I went there. Dr Kaur even told me to buy a mouth guard and that would help BUT IT DIDN'T! It didn't do anything and that was another couple hundred charged to my card. Despite having premium insurance they charged me so much more than what they should've. I'd go to someone who has more reviews so you get a better idea and try not to pay on the spot! Let them bill insurance and pay after all of that! I paid so much money and it's been roughly 6 months and my teeth still hurt from the initial visit which is crazy!
