Over the next two decades, Diamond Braces continued to earn the trust of thousands of clients and created better access to orthodontic care throughout the Tri-State area. I am very unhappy with my results because l was told a different story from the beginning of my treatments. I took x-rays and started treatment of Closing my gap. The doctor never mentioned to me that at the end l will still have some gap left. And after paying over $2k this doctor told me in order to close the remaining gap l will have to pay extra money to order more trays to correct the remaining. I asked the doctor why l have to pay extra for something l have already paid for? He said "this is medicine and he can't explain" so how is this fair to me? Please before you spend your money at Diamond braces make sure your goals for your teeth is attainable or go somewhere else. I can't believe l wasted money and still have the gap l paid for. This happened at the Stamford, CT office today Update: l emailed them and it's more than a month and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Please don't waste your money at Diamond Braces. Go somewhere else

Absolutely waste of time. The office front desk was empty something about the receptionist having an emergency. So no one attending the front but I singed in on the kiosk. An hour later someone from the back come upfront and finally asked if I had an appt. I answered yes and that I checked in on the kiosk. They for whatever reason couldn't find my son in their records although I got 3 voice-mail and countless txt about my upcoming appt. Even filled out the paperwork online and the kiosk checked him in by name. So even after all that I stood and let them examine him. Well we didn't come for braces consultations but a diagnosis as recommended by our dentist. I have no idea where they got their certificates from but this place is def only cosmetic dentistry. I don't believe there's a real dentist amongst them. I was told over and over that she only does braces and not diagnosis but the dentist...the one who referred me out...should check the spots he asked me to get another opinion on. I said ma'am that's what your suppose to do for him. Orthodontist do more the. Just braces but this lady said no they only do braces. Maybe she should look up an Orthodontist duty. Wasted 4hr here and would not recommend this places to my worst enemy.

Before I made an appointment, I called to ask the details and an estimation of consultation fee, the Diamond Braces team commented that they provide a complimentary consultation for new patient. When I arrived at their Stamford location, the lady over the counter and the treatment coordinator confirmed that my first consultation was complimentary. They took my insurance card claiming to check my orthodontia coverage. However, I just received a notification saying that I need to pay for the consultation. I checked with Cigna and they said that Diamond Braces submitted a bill to claim and I need to pay out-of-pocket. It is untrustworthy. Avoid it and stay away unless you decide to pay out-of-pocket.

Loved the experience here so far decided to go with Invisalign here because of the fair pricing and the process was so easy! Val was great help when they came in she helped me practice putting the retainers in and off and Kamila was so welcoming as well!

I hadn't been to the orthodontist in years but needed Invisalign to fix some shifting teeth. They made the process seamless. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and very accessible locations

I took my two teenage boys to Diamond Braces Orthodontist today. Oh boy! Mission complete! It took me a few years to convince them to check if they need braces or not. When we walked in the office, my boys did not complain and sat down quietly. Pamela was so sweet and helpful. She illustrated the solutions to them. My sons understood the process and they all agreed to get it done. Wow, it was that easy! We can't wait to see the results. Thank you, Pamela. We will see you very soon. Update- Just want to post the update. So far so good. My old son has been finishing his final visit. His teeth look great. We are happy with this center. Val and Bree are professional and dedicated. We are grateful! My other son needs another six months to get it done. Will upload a final note when time is up.
