got my orthodontics treatment done back in April 2022 after 2 years the day that I got my braces remived clearly the same day during the night one of my tooth (crown) fell out and when I called the office they told me they can't do anything for me because my treatment was done and to go and look for a regular dentist since my treatment was over I was not a patient with DIAMOND BRACES ANYMORE since then I've been through a lot A LOT What i went through cant explain, now this is 4 moNths after and I got a new bridge because the crown was totally lost and involved my thooth as well damaged by the pressure of the braces the customer service, headquarters, managers and staff wont even help THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER i know its cheaper than other places but trustme if you have bridges/crowns or damaged teeth do not go here after the braces are taking off they just wash their hands collect their money and called a day

Have to give "Anna" a five star for her professional service. I arrived way earlier to my appointment, she didnt recited on accommodating me to see the DR. She's always professional and listen to you.

This office have done a huge improvement on my children's teeth. I would recommend getting your braces done here, especially Annie was nice and the whole team helping me out. All the doctors there are amazing. They are flexible and work with your schedule and if you come late, they will work around it. I have been working with them for 8 years and they have amazing service. We are still using them. We drive from Albany county to Spring Valley and I would hope they would open an office in Albany County so they would be closer to us. I appreciate Diamond Braces service and I love their service. They are a great team.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are the worst on all levels. The entire staff is very unprofessional and can't keep my accounts straight. Make sure you check your billing statement closely and frequently. They transfer, add and adjust without notice or warning with no explanation. Recently, the billed me $300 to replace a retainer that they failed to install in correctly. I was told I wouldn't be billed for it, but then months later the charge was added to my account. Also, make sure you document EVERYTHING! If you're having issues, you can file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I did.

Don't ever use this place. The doctor takes vacation every second week and the place is close. I came for an emergency they telling me to go somewhere else when I pay for everything let's not talk about those route people who are giving me attitude when I am a client

Came in for my 6 month check up with invisilign and i already love the way my teeth look!! Michelle is amazing and answered all of my questions! Everyone here is very welcoming and super nice! Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!' They are unethical and is taking advantage of the black and brown community by over billing for services otherwise covered by your health insurance Hoping that no one questions their inadequate rationale and unethical billing practices. They are a disgrace to the community that profess to serve. Although I called my insurance company who told them that I was 100% covered, they used unethical practices to try to bill me Unnecessarily for an out of pocket cost of $150 that they could not justify. They did not anticipate that they would be dealing with an attorney who is fully capable of advocating for my myself and question their practices. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and reporting the doctors for unethical billing practices. Save yourself the trouble and Find another practice that is in network and honors your insurance coverages. DISGUSTED!!!!!!

My treatment took longer than it needed to, I wasn't fitted correctly originally which I addressed but it was brushed off and there's a lot of miscommunication going on between the staff. The last time the techs or doctor were saying they could fix the shift that was happening although I have permanent retainers. Then they had me meet with management and the story changed and I was told I would be scheduled with another doctor for a virtual consultation. That was at least a year ago. I have yet to hear from them or Mariana who set that up. I just got an email saying I'm due for a virtual retainer check up. Oh pls good riddance! Word of advice, spend the extra money and find a better office.

To get someone on the phone is by far the worse experience I have ever had. And to try & get a Saturday appointment. Well, good luck with that also... On top of, if your even seen monthly for your adjustments. To reschedule your appointment, takes me over 20min to do.
