I've been undergoing treatment here for 1 year, today I had a horrible experience with the assistant Jessica, she doesn't know how to treat clients, this girl needs to look for something else to do since she is not able to deal with people.

The first visit is not complimentary if you have an insurance. I asked several times if my insurance will be charged for the first visit, since I have a limit on orthodontic coverage and they assured me that they need the insurance only for checking my benefits. Of course it was charged. I spoke with the manager about that and they supposed to reimburse my insurance but it never happened. Just be aware that they will charge your insurance for the first visit.

As pleasant an experience as you can expect while people are sticking their hands into your mouth. I'm joking, but honestly this was a fine experience. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Made me comfortable and had a fantastic, clean, professional facility!

Best place to be at! They're so professional and welcoming. They take the time to know you and the area is beautiful. They are careful with whatever you need work for. They work with you so you don't go over budget and always find a way to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a nice dentist to go.

Great place when it comes to getting your braces. Very kind and good mood people. Jessica helped me out with the whole process on how much it will cost and how long and what to expect if any changes. Bridget was gentle with applying my braces and handled it with care which I very much appreciate. Would definitely tell others about this experience and would recommend without a doubt !

I was excited to visit as I read the amazing five star reviews, now looking back they seem to be repetitive and may be false to some extent (for advertising reasons, many reviewers only have one or two reviews in total). First red flag: I reserved an appointment online for an in-person consultation, it turned out to be a virtual consult with a orthodontist on the computer in the office (I think this should have been explained prior to arriving at the office). The coordinators are welcoming, kind and patient. On the other hand, the office manager (Olga), lacks ability to connect, understand and empathize with potential patients. She kept repeating the same information that the DR and coordinator had already explained. I had valid concerns/questions which she could not answer but circled around with the same info, also she seemed annoyed with my questions. It was extremely frustrating, as an office manager should be able to take the time to actually listen rather than be so anxious to respond. She was unprofessional to the extent that I decided not to continue my treatment there, because if this is the beginning, can you imagine receiving your long term treatment with this type of service at the JH office? There are plently of orthodontics in the area that are well qualified, but I chose to give Diamond Braces a chance because I thought the experience/service would be exceptional based on the reviews but I guess my judgement was wrong. I hope this honest review is able to help those who actually consider treatment with them.
