CONSUMERS BEWARE Don't let this happen to you,make sure you read the FINE PRINT on the contract.What happen to me was that after deciding to make a Humongous commitment of paying thousands of Dollars and countless trips to Dimond Braces, three weeks prior to take the Braces off they did my plastic aligners when they were ready they DID NOT FIT I call the doctor over thinking she was going to Help me and she explained that she couldn't do Anything and if I wanted a new Alignment it have to come out of my pocket it's in your contract I ended up paying hundreds of dollars to have a retainer done in a different clinic This people are all about the money . I'm very disappointed.

Thank you Lea. I really appreciate the time , you did a great job , you responded to all my questions , you was so nice and I think when I'm coming back I want to have you as consultant again. And to everyone I recommend Lea as well. Everyone in the place made a great job but Lea was my consultant so I'm just talking regarding the way she treated me. Welcome guys to the place in Jamaica on the second floor . Thank you Diamond braces and thank you Leaaaaa . You made my day with the way you made me feel comfortable. Stay bless

Just got my braces here! Amazing customer service and wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind and it really made it feel like every payment I made was made safely.The place was so sanitary and clean,even the bathroom looked disinfected.The woman helping me choose between braces really pushed me to make the right decision for myself. I even got a little goodie bag in the end!

I have held off on getting braces for the longest time. I finally decided to rip the bandage off and walk into Diamond Braces here in Jamaica. The wait time was minimal and the staff was very attentive. Sangita was amazing. She was patient, soft, and very informative. I did not feel pressured during my appointment. If you're hesitant like I was- don't be! Everyone is on your side here.

I was scheduled for my appointment today (5/26) at 1 pm. I work in downtown Manhattan and came from work only to hear that they won't be able to see me today. It's highly unprofessional because no one cared to notify me about rescheduling. I pretty much wasted 1.5 hour commuting here where I could be closing cases. The receptionist was just carefree as though it was nothing serious. It isn't my fault if it was understaffed at the clinic. I didn't even receive any confirmation email or text for my new rescheduled time

Horrible customer service is my 3rd time making an attempt to.go here is always an issue and they cancel my appointment, last time I spoke to customer service, explained that will be there late cause not finding parking spot, I went to the office and the csr didn't left my note, and they didn't getyl the consultation and they have me to reschedule b/c there bad csr customer service, very disappointed that I had to drive 45 min and not get seen, if you going to schedule an appointment you need to do it for 8 am,

Sujely and dr. Jeong were amazing with me today for my appt, I would recommend them to anyone... the environment is extra clean and tidy & the staff is amazing nice... thank you guys so much I'm excited for my journey and can't wait to see my final results

Had a great experience with SUJELY and doctor EEl second time here at diamond braces. This time around I'm starting Invaslign treatment and I couldn't be more excited and thankful that I ran in two these two Women who will be on this journey with me of a healthy and beautiful smile.

The Doctor's and staff are absolutely amazing. Office is always clean as well. I've had braces for about 5 months and so far, so good. Hillary is very gentle and explains the process each time.

For someone who had to get Invisalign after having braces for 2 years, I am happy to say that this place has hardworking, caring and respectful staff. Jennifer the dental assistant was AMAZING, patient, very detail oriented and made sure my experience and retainers fit properly. Also Dr yang Lee, the expert in teeth and making the right decisions, she's a caring, knowledgeable dentist who takes joy in helping patients. My experience at this location was pleasant.
