In the year 2000, Dr. Oleg Drut opened his first orthodontic practice in Hackensack, New Jersey. His goal was to provide accessible and affordable orthodontic care for all, with amazing customer service. He believed that creating beautiful smiles went beyond aesthetic benefits and improved the quality of life and overall health of his clients.
Over the next two decades, Diamond Braces continued to earn the trust of thousands of clients and created better access to orthodontic care throughout the Tri-State area. We became known for being one of the most experienced and affordable orthodontic providers around who are passionate about delivering expert care and making people smile.

Brackets brake as soon as my daughter arrives home after her visits and she's often blamed and the assumption is that she's being negligent. Office hours are inconvenient. Communication between the orthodontist and parent is non existent.

Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I usually go to the one in the Bronx, love the doctor there. Yesterday I went TO SEE MY OWN DOCTOR and unfortunately my bracket got loose 30 minutes later. I called the customer service line, and they made an appointment for me at this location, since it is close to work. Also, have in mind that I live in NJ and keep going to the Bronx because i love the doctor there. BUT TODAY's EXPERIENCE AT THIS NEW LOCATION, was HORRIBLE. The doctor cut my wire and made my top teeth feel SO loose, and when i ASKED her why she couldn't put my bracket back up, she said that i have to go back to my home location. She also mentioned that I can't be jumping from one place to the other, and if i was interested i can move to that location. When i said no, she asked me to give her back the glasses, and that i should go back to my doctor and see if he thinks its necessary to put back the bracket, because she can't interfere with his treatment. To me, it felt like she just wanted me out of her office, because she had a brand new patient sitting down across from me. She had a bit of an attitude when i told her that it was a waste of time to go there, because i could have cut it down myself. NOT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER, UNWANTED, pushed AWAY

Alex, Meri, Doctor Aboud, Tanstlizea. This group of Dentis and Dental Assistance, office manager and other office workers and doctors I didn't mention by name are very personable. They works with your budget, you don't have to worry about if you have insurance right then. They are more then professional they make you feel right at home. 2nd Day at Hells Kitchen and they already made a name for themselves. Keep up the great work. I know you're going to make my smile even brighter.
