Over the next two decades, Diamond Braces continued to earn the trust of thousands of clients and created better access to orthodontic care throughout the Tri-State area. Diamond Braces was excellent. The staff is very friendly. Appointments are punctual hardly no wait time. Office is always very nicely decorated and clean. I highly recommend them!

I had to pay out of pocket for my daughters braces, and by far cheaper than I expected. Appointments are always fast - in and out. My daughter now has a beautiful smile, thanks to Diamond braces.

I drove here and got to the office at 1:12pm my appointment was for 1:30 but I forgot my daughters insurance card. They took the photos for X-ray but a lady that worked in the front with short blond hair told me I'd have to drive back home to get the insurance card before the consult. So I say okay and drive back 15 mins to my house to go get it. I told them I'd be right back with it and never once did the two people at the front mention that doctors would be going on lunch at 2pm. I walk in at 1:51pm and another woman with her hair black and tied in a bun says sorry doctors just saw their last patients you have to come back at 3pm. I tell them it was very inconsiderate of them not to tell me the doctors lunch time knowing that I told them I'd be right back with the insurance cards and not to mention they both told me the doctors are there all day never mentioning their lunch break. When I tell them it would have been a good idea to tell me that since I've driven here the blond haired one looked at me and shrugged her shoulders with a smile. It was very rude and again inconsiderate of my time and my gas. I told them this nicely and they both had absolutely nothing to say. I will steer clear of this place.
