I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was great. They were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. And the price for my service was not bad at all.

They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule, and efficient with paperwork and insurance when I arrived. The space is big and clean and the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. It turns out I only needed a consultation and did not have to make a follow-up appointment. Sometimes places will push you to keep coming back so they can charge you, but at Diamond Braces they really just answered all of my questions honestly with no ulterior motive.

The park slope office is the best! The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. Our appointment was quick and the doctor explained everything perfectly. Nothing like the Flatbush office where the staff was very abrasive and rude. We will be back and continue all of our appointments at this office only. Great work

My first time in the office and it was really nice. From the moment my son and I walked in, the greeting was beautiful and we did not have a long wait to be seen. Everything was explained to us in great detail and it was very understandable. I left the office feeling accomplished and that my son's oral health is being taken care of by the right people.

Went to get a pair of new retainers and I had such a quick, easy and pleasant experience! The staff was super helpful in explaining my insurance options, and my new retainers were ready in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend visiting if you need new (and affordable) retainers made!

My experience at this location was amazing from day one. They listened to all my concerns and suggested what was best for me. They were very patient and efficient. The staff were very friendly and the orthodontist I saw did a great job with my teeth.

This place has great service and the people are so sweet. My son got his braces done by the technician Iris. She was amazing and very patient and kind. Thanks everyone helping out the experience was great.

The office is super clean not crowded family friendly gentle and the cost is very affordable of paying out of pocket l. They do offer payment plans. I love this place my children do too
