Be very care going to this place. "Doctor" Suh attended my son and put his braces on. I went to the place for a consultation, during the consultation I told the dentist that my son had an extra tooth that was growing. Previous dentist told me the tooth does not pose a threat but I wanted to make sure that this is still the case being that I'd like my son to have braces. I specifically told the assistant if the tooth posed a threat id get it removed and come at a later date to install the braces. I confirmed that it was safe to install the braces and charged me $4000. During the second visit after tighting his braces the dentist tells me that it's imperative for me to get the tooth removed because it's cause his front tooth damage. I was clearly upset because this was my one and only question. As a doctor his moral obligation was to be transparent and make sure that the patient was informed of any and all perceived issues. When I recounted the initial conversation with him he began to speak to me in a condescending tone. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted he could remove the braces but I would get a refund but I can speak to the manager. He refused to give me his full name and was very unprofessional and rude. As a doctor he should have never be deceitful for financial gain.

I am genuinely SHOCKED that this place has so many good reviews. I suppose everyone has their own standards. I ended up choosing this orthodontist due to its proximity. You are made to set up consultation through their call center (hate). Upon entering the office I noticed it was fairly dusty and unkempt. The two receptionists were giggling to themselves about something, far too busy to even acknowledge I had walked in until I was directly in front of them. Using a camera from 2010, an assistant took some general photos of my teeth. Since this was a consultation, I was assuming a doctor would be discussing my treatment options with me and going over the photos. NO. Instead, a woman in a. tank top and jeans walks in without so much as telling me her name, let alone title at this office. I later found out her name was Giselle. Right off the bat she is saying I will need braces or Invisalign for a year and a half but struggles to tell me the difference between the two processes and why they are the same price and length of time. I even felt a little sorry for her; she was just so unprepared. She then hands me a piece of paper with a figure on it and tells me they can start right away and set me up with a payment plan. I was perplexed as to why she didn't ask me if I had insurance, but when I mentioned it she still insisted that if my insurance didn't cover it they could put me on a payment plan with a certain amount of interest. NO THANK YOU. When I politely declined, she immediately is jabbing for my insurance information, which I give to her. She calls the number, is on hold for a few minutes, says a few words to someone and then hangs up without saying anything lol claiming that there was a disconnect. She then tells me she just wasted her time and ill have to wait for them to call me in a few hours to verify my insurance. I left without a shred of information and feeling completely disrespected. You are better off going to Metropolitan Dental Arts. They do dentistry and orthodontistry. Thanks to them for saving me from Diamond Dental.

I have had a very unfortunate experience with Diamond Braces so far. First of all, I was told I would receive one treatment plan, and then a few days later I got a call that this will not be the case and that I will have to extract some teeth. After that, they ordered the wrong retainers for me. After they realized the mistake, they ordered the correct ones and told me they are on rush delivery and will be there in 2 weeks. After over a month later, they told me the retainers arrived...in New Jersey.... I have no idea why because I live in Bushwick. They are not offering any sort of courtesy credit for their repeated mistakes along each step of the process. I cannot trust them but I'm left with no choice at this point but to continue.

My experience at diamond braces was great! The staff especially, Lizzete made my experience so much better she is wonderful, made every adjustment appointment great. Would recommend anybody to come here and fix their smile.

Diamond Braces is amazing! I came to them with severe crowding and an overbite. Now I have a perfect smile! The orthodontists and technicians are extremely personable and knowledgeable. They made this process extremely easy.

Very nice and clean office. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Called us in less then 3 minutes didn't have to wait at all. Was super easy to get an appointment. Definitely recommend.

Super friendly, the staff helped me with a lot and the orthodontist told me what problems i had and was super honest and straight forward on what needs to be done. i will definitely be coming here forever and bringing my kids too if they need it.
