1st visit for evaluation for my daughter and worst impression ever, our appoinment was set for 9:00 am, and we were waiting there for about one hour, I asked a few time why customers who had appoinments after us were attendanted 1st, she (the recepcionist) explained me they were there for aligment and they didn't have a person for evaluation yet, but the recepcionist had a great customer service and also offerted me to do the evaluation by her self (because she is in training), I was there for a full professional expirience but founded a huge dessapointing expirience. At the end just left with a feeling of emptyness for loosing one our of my time.

Always quick and efficient. I have envisalign and loving the results so far. But I still have several months left and I am concerned about my gaps. They have not closed much. Update. I am on my final trays. I am told that the initial reason I came in, to close gaps in my front teeth could not be accomplished due to receding gums. My gums were receding when I came in for my consult but none of that was mentioned then. On the contrary, I was told a correction was guaranteed because it was minor. Well over one year year i get this news. Thanks for nothing. I still have my gaps and lost out on over 2k. Extremely disappointed. I should get a partial refund.

Today my child told me about her experience with this Dr drut today and she said she waited more than 20 min to be seen on chair and noticed that when it was finally her turn to be seen that he was real nasty to the dental assistant when she was helping him. I have met some of the assistants and they are always friendly . He was not welcoming either and was aggressive. My child didn't feel comfortable with him at all. I will be transferring to another location. Whoever this Dr drut is should be fired .

I have been here since last year and at first they were really good; always had the same doctor who always took her time but lately they have been rotating like a million doctors around. The assistants and hr people are very nice and understanding but the last doctor that I saw yesterday for an emergency appointment was very hostile to the dental assistant. That man has no manners; literally spent two seconds with me. To make things worse, a day later, the problem that I went in for is happening once again. Really considering just transferring to another location or another place altogether. Really hope they get it together.
